What can I say my husband and I visited to grab lunch as I work very long hours for a charity and don't get much time, as we stood in the que we saw a gent in his 30s with curly short hair eating fishcake chips and curry stood behind the counter whilst serving... I felt shocked as my husband is a cancer patient and as you can understand at this current time we are extra cautious because of his vuanrability, this lovely gent then went to go on to make a battered chip butti with curry. He made the meal then squished it down onto the food surface with his hand and then to my amazement he put it into the batter to which the fish was dipped.... I was really embarrassed my husband left the shop and sat in the car . Politely I ordered a pork gyros just so I wasn't looking silly, I know I could have complained then but id been up most of the night with husband on treatment and then work I just cudnt take any complications I needed to get home and look after my hubby before anyone questions me. My gyros was very disappointing cold greek bread and was told no tazikki not that I would have eaten. Wow I'm amazed in current situation aswell anyone could disregard people's health and safety my husband a d I for one will not be returning. Only good thing the lady serving us I think her name was Abbey was fantastic

Always great quality and fantastic portion sizes. Friendliest staff you'll ever meet and happy to please all the time. App is great to order ahead and pick up or have it delivered later in the day. 100% recommend all day long. I drive past about 6 chippies to go here.

Ordered here online originally for delivery as it says “free delivery” it’s only until you click the small button underneath or when you checkout you see that it’s only free on Mondays. I collected the order and i am very impressed. Staff all very friendly, even though it was busy they still made feel welcome and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the garlic naan with the Donna meat and chicken. Thanks again will 100% be back.

Best chippy I've been to in a while, lisa was an absolute star, friendly, funny and helpful. The food was great too, really good donner meat, not full of fat like some places. Beef driping chips were great as well! Highly recommend

Ordered fish and chips today arrived at our door right on time. Standard of fish and chips is absolutely brilliant. Well done Melton Chippy.

Total shambles,had to wait ten mins because no chips and then when my turn came told me I couldn’t have a mixed kebab despite three large spits of meat spinning in front of me and a lady stripping meat from each one.It is pot luck for me when this place is open as been three times over last few weeks and shut.Save your time & money and go somewhere more reliable
