Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff towards my partner after our delivery is over an hour and a half late. More excuses, this is the second time we have ordered and the second time we have had issues... wouldn't recommend. On the plus delivery drivers polite.

The only good thing is the milkshakes, everything else is just disappointing... The waffles look like cheap shop bought ones and they have the cheek to charge five or odd pound for it. The delivery staff are just pure rude. Will never order from here again...

The waffle was a joke, for £5.80 I’d of expected more than a tiny Belgian waffle that I can get 3 for a £1 from the supermarket. We selected white chocolate on the waffle and pancake and both came with normal chocolate. Disappointed and wish we had just made them ourselves. Milkshake was nice.

Manager is a disgrace to the company. Attitude stinks. Delivery drivers are treat with no respect, which reflects in their attitude towards others.Good manners cost nothing. I would like to give some advice to the desert customers of this world. Go to any other competitor. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Visited for the first time due to a nearby dessert place being shut. Unfortunately it will be the last time I’ll be coming here. Genuinely over priced and poor quality desserts.Firstly they only accept cash which was an inconvenience. Ordered 3 waffles. Each was approximately £6. Each waffle turned out to be a quarter of the size of a waffle from any other respectable dessert bar. With very few comparable toppings and the supposed Ferero Roche’s were either the fake ones you can buy from discount shops or they had gone off! Description said that there will be strawberries on the waffle. Turned out to be one strawberry cut in four pieces. Stingy! Just avoid the place. Walk 50 metres towards the petrol station and you’ll find a better quality dessert bar.

1st time me and my wife ordered from here, we had a mix of allsorts -Dimebar gateau with ice-cream,Easter box was brill had kinder choc. I had coca cola slush and a millionaire choc muffin. Everything was lovely and generous portions. Thanku Moo labs. A new customer.

Don't understand how an order placed at 8:30 can turn up at 11!! Not hard to microwave some deserts or chuck some sweets in a blender dhhhhhhhhhhhhAnd to then charge as much as what they do is ridiculous. I could have walked to town and walked back with my order in the time they take £2 cheeky c***s

Got to be the best dessert bar in Rotherham. Tried a few but Moo Lab got to be the best. Delivery can be a pain but ordering in store is alot quicker.

Lovely little shop, smells divine ! Shame that there is no card payment but the milkshake I ordered was quite delicious.
