Morrison's Cafe Bramley Rotherham in Rotherham

Went for evening meal with family. The standard of cooking was very poor. Two separate plates of food had burnt inedible items on them. Initial choices were found not to be available only after wed ordered and paid for them and we had to make do with alternatives. Will not use cafe at Bramley Morrisons again for a long while. Total waste of money

Absolutely rubbish the place is freezing cold and the food goes cold quickly the service is poor and short staffed The tables have sharp corners and are injurious to visibly impaired customers who are on medication such as Warfarin.The chairs are also heavy for elderly people to move around.There is always some organization or Charity wanting money around the cafe area.need I go on?

Very pleasant experience, happy cheerful pleasant staff. Nicely cooked and well presented breakfast. We will certainly be returning. it was worth the visit and we live in Sheffield, much better than our local morrisons.

Slow service. Stood waiting to place order at hatch and nobody turned up. Turned out you had to go to the till to order. Not a problem but at least tell the customer that instead of standing there for an age with no sign telling you to order at till.

The lady serving was kind and pleasant however the back room kitchen were in chaos. They had run out of lasagne, steak pie, mushy peas and we're counting the number of jacket potatoes they had left. When stood in supermarket it seems crazy to be told we don't have a tin of peas!

It was not overly busy this morning. We ordered 2 coffees, crumpets & toasted teacake at 8.50am. 9.14 we received COLD crumpets and cold well done toasted teacake that was broken into 3 pieces on one of the halves. Well below usual standards of Morrisons cafés

Very slow service, stood waiting for ages while staff keep passing and saying nothing. Great value kids meals but let down by no children’s cutlery.

Top notch service with spot on prices. Love having breakfast here on a Saturday morning before doing the weekly shop. Very friendly staff too. 5*

Went for breakfast and it was delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful and i will go back. Very enjoyable experience

Ordered 2 meals, chased them after 40 mins. They had lost the order and took my receipt to re-order. 15 mins later they brought the wrong food.No explanation or apology was offered. We had to leave because we’d run out of time.We waited an hour and paid a bargain price of £8.75 for no food.Disappointed.
