Honestly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had.Spent £17 odd on two breakfasts, 3 drinks.“Ultimate breakfast”: bacon, flat cold; beans, had a teaspoon full; fried bread, completely full of grease; mushrooms, undercooked and freezing, tomatoes, raw.Coffee cups were dirty and stained.There was no cutlery except some spoons, which were filthy. The woman said “people just put them in there” after she’d just brought some forks from the pot wash which were also filthy.Don’t waste your money like we just did.

Poor under staffed no trays rubber eggs cold bacon 35 mins waiting

Nothing ‘ultimate’ about this full English breakfast.Coffee cups are dirty and stained. Everything is dripping in grease. Mushrooms undercooked, sausages tasteless. Tomatoes not grilled, just a raw tomato cut in half.Service was so slow. We were sat waiting for 40 minutes for our food. Don’t waste your time or money coming here.

So far down the hill it can't see the top. It looks tired, dirty and in need of a massive clean and revamp. Food (two breakfasts) were flat cold. Ordered at the self serve which hadn't been cleaned in an age. Got a table but had to anti-bac it as was covered in grease and old bits of food. Chaird were dusty and full of crumbs. Just terrible

Ordered mushrooms, scrambled egg and beans , came with one mushroom, small pot of cold beans and one egg scrambled with loads of liquid, my one mushroom tasted like dish water. All 85p each , awful morrisons corton wood.

First time eaten out since lockdown, wish we’d stayed at home. We had a small breakfast and a large one. Both were cold with cardboard bacon,overcooked eggs,rubber sausage ,.there was hardly anyone in so they were hardly in a rush. Food had definitely been precooked and warmed up. Only plus point was a very helpful male assistant when ordering electronically.

Service and food at cortonwood cafe is dismal. We’ve been for a late lunch at 3 o’clock but I think it was cooked at about 11 o’clock this morning and left under a heat lamp. Fish, chips and mushy peas, fish was rock hard. Southern fried chicken chips with salad and coleslaw, chicken was dry n couldn’t chew it. Cool chips and salad consisted of lettuce and 2 cherry tomatoes, no coleslaw because they’d run out no mayo because they’d run out. Please tell me how you can run out it’s a supermarket. Kids chips fish goujons and peas which even two 4 year olds wouldn’t eat. Morrisons should be absolutely disgusted at serving food this bad. We we’re asked if everything was ok, when we said no and explained the reply was oh sorry n walked away

Please god give this team some extra staff! They physically cannot do anymore than what they are doing and service times are ridiculous, always full of dirty tables, missing utensils and extras. The staff become rude under pressure and many customers walk out.This is a lovely popular area that will soon move to asda and m&s cafe if things don't improve. Half hour wait times ....Im sure all the staff are great and just under way too much pressure. GET THEM SOME STAFF!

I would give it a zero if I could. Worse place I have ever eaten. Ordered a small breakfast. Egg wasn't even cooked, sausage was old and rubbery, beans were cold and watery, bacon couldn't even risks eating. Avoid at all cost. Food terrible and cost was ridicules for what they sent. Would never eat there again. Total waste of money and disgusting food. Morrisons seriously need to sort that cafe out.

Absolutely poor! For a regular chips you got like 12 of em! I got and tuna sweet corn sandwich I only had 3 pieces of sweet corn in the 4 triangle. Absolutely ridiculous! Wouldn’t recommend at all! A three pound meal deal is better by far!
