Nando's in Rotherham

Went for a date with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday and had a great experience. Staff were friendly, food was amazing and arrived to our table shortly after ordering. Overall amazing service and experience so thankyou!

This today has been the best nandos experience I've ever had. The grains were warm for the first time ever, the chicken burger was beautifully warm and they were generous with the cheese. Chips remained hot for the whole meal. The customer service was great. Lovely food and lovely staff 💕

Very nice restaurant inside. Relaxing and welcoming. Staff seemed to be very busy despite not having many customers inside. Took them a while to bring glasses for our drinks. The food was ok despite taking a while to come. Not bad.

Nice place, very modern, helpful and friendly staff. Food is nice but I do find nandos expensive for some chicken. Good selection of food, easy self service through the nandos app by simply entering your table number and choosing what you want. The only thing stopping a 5 star is the price.

The service we received tonight was absolutely amazing, from experienced waitresses to on floor trainees, everybody had the same contagious energy and even though the restaurant was busy, the food came out smoothly and promptly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Towards the latter of the evening, the manager came over and cleared our tables and offered us desserts. Some desserts were not available but replacements were given with no extra charge due to the “inconvenience”. Honestly, the manager couldn’t have been further from inconvenient, it was clear to see why the staff had such beaming smiles when the manager was as friendly and approachable as them all. Her team really are a credit to her! It’s not often I write reviews, but I really felt moved by how passionate this team was this evening - it wasn’t overlooked and it was really appreciated. This Nandos used to be my go to. The last two occasions we went they refused to accept blue light card, it has never been an issue here before. They had no chips on one occasion and no chicken thighs on another occasion plus many other things unavailable. The drink machine spat out light brown water on any of the coke options. I told a member of staff, no apology, just a simple "Yeah we know, it's run out". Pretty shocking experience.

After ordering, service was a little slow and we we were told we could use gift cards on the app which we couldn't. However, the staff were really friendly, the food was well presented, well cooked (in a good way) and hot. The servers were very attentive.

Waited more than 45mins to get my food. Customers that come after me got their food before me! Ridiculous. Poor customer service. When I received my food it was cold and chips where Soggy! Disgusting. I will never go there again in my life. Staff are also so miserable and no help at all. The plates where all dirty aswel as the cutlery 🖕🖕

We went last for an evening meal, polite staff, got taken to a table straight away. Didn't have to wait too long for food even though it could have been a bit quicker if it wasn't for deliveries (i.e deliveroo & just eat) hence the 4 stars. The food came out hot and was very tasty. Would visit again
