Ocean City in Rotherham

Took ages to arrive, the salt and pepper vegetarian box was basically chips, x2 pieces of tofu and 2 spring rolls with large onion rings and my husbands prawn dish was missing the cashews it said it had. My dish definitely needed more flavour. Sorry but won't go back. Its not that hard to make a tasty stir fry. Only ordered take way for a treat, disappointed 😞

Order from somewhere else! Both of our dishes had dark brown hair in! It’s the first time we’ve tried this place and our food was luke warm and obviously not fresh! The prawn crackers must of been weeks old. The cheapest thing on menu and they can’t even make that fresh. As soon as we discovered the hair it all went straight in the bin! Oh and we was misled by its positive fake reviews on just eat.

Two of my supposedly Vegetarian mains contained meat! Quality has been fairly good up to now, but this has seriously put me off of eating from here ever again!

Seems a bit dodgy to me that this restaurant allows people to order food through just eat (using hacked accounts) and collect the orders under a false name.. looking at their reviews it would seem this happens a lot to many other people (see repeated names giving 5 star reviews with no further comments). I had £43.90 spent using my card details and collected under my name - they even left 5 stars using my name! The audacity! When I rang the restaurant to challenge this and ask for a refund, they said they couldn’t do anything as the order had already been collected. This issue has been escalated to Datman Ltd. As suggested on the restaurants website - I would suggest anyone who has had this happen to them do the same as well as report it to just eat and your bank. I would surmise that there is some foul play with this particular business.**update: don’t contact datman ltd. As the company no longer exists 🤣**

Was used on Just Eat by someone who had hacked my account! Clearly not the first time so must be someone local. Order was for collection. I live hundreds of miles away! Have reported to Just Eat, bank and Actuon Fraud.

I have never ordered from this place.However, they allowed an order to be collected that was placed using stolen card details - despite being advised by me that this had happened.They had no interest in helping resolve the issue where several fraudulent orders had been placed via a hacked account.Terrible customer service and I can see from other reviews this is not the first occasion - reported

Food arrived quickly. However!! .. My Kings fried rice was a mix of duck skin , no duck , overcooked tasteless chicken and prawns and a huge amount of hard carrot and hard broccoli ) on a bed of over salty fried rice. It was Terrible ! A complete waste of money ! And my Pancake Roll was an absolute Joke ! 😅😅 It had one tiny piece of char sui pork in it ! Nothing! Just beansprouts! 😅😅 Everything went in the bin ! If it wasn't such bad weather I would have taken it back and demanded a refund! Just absolutely rubbish. This isn't just a bad day , this is a bad take away. Every part of my meal was poor , across the board !Please do not waste your money and spoil your evening by ordering from here !

Scammed via just eat someone used my sisters account and card to order a collection. Restaurant was very unhelpful. Looking at reviews this aint the first time. Bank and action fraud and trading standards have been contacted

Seems to have gone down hill. Good food a year ago but must recent order was rather poor. Ribs were hard and had very little meat on the bones, Salt and pepper munchie box was a small portion compared to the same item from other takeaways. Some items were hot but others were ambient. Food was bland. High prices for what you actually get. Safe to say I won't be ordering from here again.

Bbq ribs were tough and bland.Ordered sring rolls and got a mixed meat pancake.....2 tiny strips of meat and all fell apart due to grease.Chicken balls not bad but the sweat n sour sauce was cold and had no tasteWOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE.
