We had our first delivery from here a couple of weeks ago. Absolutely wonderful. Competitive prices obviously but so, so tasty. Quick delivery. Superb so far. Gonna give 'em another try tonight. Wish they had a menu on screen.

Ordered tonight had salt and pepper chicken and salt and pepper chips and it was just covered in salt that’s all you could taste, and when rang up all they said is next time you order ask them to not put as much salt on, not very helpful and won’t be ordering again

Disgusting!!! The chow main came burnt no flaver, the rice was disgusting! Had to wait 2 hours for the food after ordering at 6! It came at 8pm!!! You have lost our custom!

Absolutely amazing Chinese restaurant. Soups, duck and chips are delicious. The only things that let this place down is the lack of chilli pieces and onion/veg in the Salt and Pepper chicken, and the 2 star hygiene rating. Will be our first choice for Chinese now!

Since we moved to Thurcroft in 2016 we have used Oriental chef so many times. The food, the service and delivery has always been excellent. Jade is always so helpful and friendly when we call to place our order. Certainly the best Chinese takeaway we have used and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thankyou!!

Waited almost 2 hours for delivery after phoning twice to enquire. Told we we're not at home when they tried to deliver with me sitting one meter from front door. Obviously they were at the wrong address. When they eventually arrived, I was lied to and said they were at the same address earlier which is IMPOSSIBLE. Then told they had to remake the order to have it fresh and we got a 1L Pepsi for free!!! WOW!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, not... what a shame... the food was ok, except for the 6 crab claws that was supposed to be 8 and the beef oyster and beef with chilli and garlic tasting exactly the same.. oh well...rant over

This was the worst Chinese I have ever had. King Prawn and cashew nuts were totally tasteless and my husbands Chicken Chop Suey had no sauce whatsoever and evertything was very colourless and anemic looking. We've had lovely food from here in the past but this is the first for about a year. Not sure if it has changed ownership but I certainty won't be going again.
