Papa Pizza in Rotherham

Twice we've ordered here. Twice the order has been over an hour late. Partner rang them the second time and they said "next order" whatever that means! Still sat here waiting for our order. We ordered at 21.35 it is now 23.07 and still nothing. We thought we'd give them another chance as the food was nice. But happened twice now so never going here again

If there was an option to put no stars I would have but there isn't I ordered my food and when it arrived 30mins late it turned out that the food I received was wrong so I rang them and explained that my order was wrong they seed I lived to far for them to bring me the right food even though I live 13mins away and was not helpful at all. when you order and pay for something you expect to get what you pay for

Had a 12' meat Calzone. Very nice indeed , pastry wasn't too thick and full of filling. I can trough but couldn't eat it all. So saying it for Ron...lateRon

Placed my order on the Pappa Pizza own app on Sunday 30/05/21 to take advantage of the 20% discount offer when ordering online using there app and also saving having to cook after a long day. I received the first email saying the order has been received and a second email saying that the payment has been accepted but the order hasn't been started and I will receive another email once the order is being prepared. After 25 minutes I'd not received the email so I telephoned the takeaway regarding this issue to be told that the money hasn't been taken and the App isn't working but I can place my order again over the phone but I wouldn't get the 20% discount as that's only available when ordering using their own app which isn't working. So I kept trying to explain that that my payment has been accepted. The guy was having non of it and didn't care and he just hung up. Rude OR WHAT. I checked my bank today to see that they have taken the money from my account for a takeaway order that I never received so I contacted my bank regarding this issue and they are going to deal with it. WHAT A JOKE this company is. I can promise you that this will never happen again as I will never order from you again. DISCUSTING NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No one picked up the phone after my order was 30mins late then when the food finally did arrive COLD! It was missing the can of coke I ordered. I had to warm up the almost frozen food, after eating found that I had gotten really quite bad rear end problems to save you folks the gory details💩🌊not only scammed but poisoned😡! Won’t be ordering again AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

placed an order for meal 8 £17.99 with stuffed crust pizzas equaling £4 so why did order cost £27.50? was told 45 minutes but took an hour. on delivery the delivery guy tried short changing us by £10 plus got a pizza wrong and didn't bring the drink when I called them to advise this they hung up on me so I called them back. absolutely appalling, never ever again will I order from here nor will I ever recommend this to anyone!

Ordered food at 18.32pm and was told it would be 45 minutes. At 19.30pm I rang to check how long it would be to be told a further 30-45 minutes . When I said I had ordered an hour ago the person on the phone told me that I had only ordered food at 19.17pm. They told me I was wrong even though I had the call logs on my phone. I suspect this is because they hadn't put the order through on their till until this time and that is what they had on their receipt.. I was repeatedly told I was wrong. Terrible service and I ended up cancelling the order as there was no admittance to fault, apology or offer of compensation just that the I (the customer) was wrong even though I had evidence to back up what I was saying..

Order wrong every time. First time ordering, they forgot our drinks and a kids meal. Second time ordering was expecting a free garlic bread which my little boy wanted as we spent over £20.. didn't get any free garlic bread and ended up with a disappointed little boy with only chips to eat, will stick with our regular takeaway place in the future.

Absolutely vile - ordered a meal deal one pizza was red hot but no meat (supposed to be a meat feast ) other pizza cold plus the garlic bread! Ordered just pop corn chicken got chips with it ! They give u what ever they want ! Phoned and complained told me to bring it back for a refund but when my husband got there he refused a refund - told him he had to go home and eat it - tried to be clever cause there is more of them than u ! After my husband stood his ground they gave him some money back that did not cover the order ! DO NOT ORDER waste of money!
