Paris Fish Bar in Rotherham

We ordered via JustEat at 6:25pm and our food didn’t arrive until 9pm! Nobody wants to eat their tea at 9pm. By the time that I was going to call to complain, JustEat said that the restaurant was closed, so instead, it offered us a button to ask the restaurant for a small refund, to make up for the huge time delay. We received a message back, which said “The restaurant is refusing to give you any kind of refund as the driver has been stuck in heavy traffic”. Heavy traffic between Kimberworth and Ecclesfield? And that would account for our entire wait, would it? No apologies or cares given. When the food finally arrived, the can of Coke was warm and the onion rings were freezing. The chips were warm and the burger wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t worth all this. I’ll never be ordering from here again.

The fish is fried to order and 8 times out of 10 cooked very well, moist & flakey rather than dry overcooked that is common. Batter usually v good probably one of best fish in the area generally. Chips usually good and prices fair.Would like them to offer a lunch special but one of best and consistent for Fish and Chips in the area regardless.

Hair in my food, surface area where making the food was really dirty and the food tasted rubbish. NEVER AGAIN!

Been in this afternoon these were the best fish and chips we have had in a long time absolutely worth a visit you also get mountains to eat ❤️❤️❤️

Over an hour and a half late and stone cold. Been in touch with just eat to get a full refund! AVOID this place. 3 phone calls made to them to be told it is on its way. Arrived an hour after that. Straight in the bin!

Love this chippy. I buy my food mainly on a Wednesday because they do battered chips ...omg they are amazing and would recommend them 100% The food is a little bit pricey but it's good quality and tastes great so worth the amount you pay

Bit over priced in some areas but well worth it. Not had better chips in a long time and the chicken meat and donner is spot on

Was given cold chips and cold chicken. Their is nothing quality about this place. Avoid at all cost!
