Pizza Hut in Rotherham

Get orders from here service and food is always lovely but called today and the person who answered was very rude, had a sarcastic tone to his voice, didn't want to acknowledge his actions when I questioned him about it and cut the phone down after I said do you mind speaking to me properly please and not so rudly... usually the lady who answers is ever so polite and this member of staff should take lessons from her on customer service.

Review of this place was a 3 star as we ordered our food, the food came alright pizza was warm but not hot also they was useing a deliveroo driver i asked for a bottle of pepsi max and the driver told he didn't have it so i had to drive down and collect to find out the driver did have it but forgot to give it to us, the girl behind the desk looked physically frustrated and didn't have much customer service when i complaind

Rude staff and very poor hygiene!! saw a staff member wiping her nose and carried on without washing her hands. Disgusting! Will never go here again

I love pizza hut, it's the best tasting pizza. We rang ahead and collected our order a little early which was ready. Staff were very friendly.

Having had a few delivery from here lately that were OK, not great just OK, we decided to order again. Delivery was fast as usual. The checken fajita with jalapeños pizza however was disgusting. Having had it a couple of times before I knew this wasn't right. I can only describe it as tasteless slop. Grease was oozing out of it and puddles on top. I couldn't even taste the jalapeños. The reply from the hut is that the food was up to standards. They must be low standards. They offered a free pizza on my next order instead of a partial refund which I requested. I won't be using them again anyway. Avoid.

AVOID!!!Pizza and spicy chicken strips were both undercooked. Pizza was sloppy and doughy, and gave me food poisoning (runs) for 2 days afterwards. WE spend £60 on 4 pizzas and 4 sides, and 3/4 of us have come down with the runs the day after.

Since Covid-19, this place has gone to the dogs. The staff are rude, you get told what time you will get your delivery not what time you want it. I told them I work for the NHS and was finishing work late and if I could get food for a certain time when I got home and I was told thats not there problem, if I want the food it will get there when ever they can oh and to use the nhs discount go online even though we dont except online orders at this branch. I wouldn't waste my time with this place

Avoid like the plague!Absolutely disgusting quality pizza, nothing like the restaurant style pizzas you will recognise. Honest to God don’t give it a chance. Completely deceitful when you order on the website regarding the pizza crust styles and staff dismissive after they have stolen your money when you complain, trying to tell me it’s my mistake.2 large pizzas with a garbage inedible garlic crust came through the door when I ordered a ‘classic’ crust. Any neutral pizza lover will not recognise in a million years that a ‘classic’ crust will be laced with disgusting garlic and herbs. Don’t even get me started on the farmhouse pizza because I can’t describe it without swearing£16 for something that your local pizza place can do a better job for, for £4 each. On a normal day these 2 pizza’s would have been £30!!!Clown on the phone declared ‘we’re nothing like our restaurants’. What in God’s name does that mean... would you get a KFC delivered and accept them saying... ‘oh yea... our delivery chicken here is different to what’s in our restaurants’. Extremely misleading and you only find out after you’ve parted with big money - by the time you’ve sat down in your living room, opened the box and find yourself saying out loud “what the hell is this”, the scooter drivers are already 2 miles away with your cash‘Rotherham park gate’ my order was from but avoid all! Charging top money and sending out cheap rubbish that needs to go straight into the rubbish
