What was once our favourite takeaway has become so bad that we won't be ordering from there any more. Our meal was over half-an-hour late, even though we placed our order 90 minutes earlier, and even though the takeaway is only a five minute drive away. When we phoned to politely ask why our meal was so late, the person on the phone was ignorant, unhelpful and unapologetic. Also, we didn't receive our 'free' bottle of pop, despite spending over £23 (they claim to give a free bottle of pop when spending over £16, but we rarely get one - we've never complained because we don't bother much for fizzy drinks) and part of our meal was stone cold and had to be warmed in the microwave. We've spent many hundreds of pounds with Pronto over the last few years, so as regular customers we expect a little mutual respect, yet they treated us with contempt. Pronto Is nowhere near as good as It used to be, In both service and quality, and all our recent orders have had one problem or another. Perhaps It's under new management or something, but whatever the reason, Pronto has gone way down hill. Never again!

I really enjoied the food however the could do a bit better on the dilevery as my food is most times late. Great place would recomend.

Worst place ever to order from chips are like rubber garlic mayo was off worst donner wedges looked old had to bin them never order from them again n warn others too dont waste money even my kids spat the food out dats how awful da food is

My daughter got me a jacket potato tday from here cold unable to reheat as coleslaw was on top the jacket was obviously microwaved anyway as most of it I couldn't get my fork thru hers not much better pizza barely warm plastic tasting cheesy chips will not be having takeaway for another year after that experience...terrible

Good indian food. I liked the biriyani, daal tadka, chana masala. Even non veg food is tasty. Go for it if you are on a short stay in rotherham

Placed an order tonight at 11.30pm didn't turn up till 12.50am. Food was cold. Will not be ordering again
