Great customer service, food was amazing and it has a nice atmosphere. I would recommend this place to everyone!

·

Charge a lot and the portion size and the wait time is a joke

ask for Rohaan and you won't go wrong here, guided us through the menu swiftly and helped us to decide which burgers to order. Burgers and pizzas is where it at. Will be visiting here again next were in Rotherham.

1st visit here and never again12 of us went in.All placed our order ( 4 of us in each order ). Luckily I asked for the receipt and checked to realise been charged 3 times for fully loaded fries when only 1 was ordered. So the whole order was refunded and had to start again because staff didn't know how to just refund for 2 fully loaded fries 🤔. Then she duplicated the order and charged what it was suppose to be. When order arrived the burger was wrong when disputed she bought up the receipt what she did 2nd time but didn't bring the 1st copy where they balls'd up, anyway 2 further burgers was missing and had to wait further few minutes as they ended up putting the burgers in someone's else's order for takeout. Overall 2 out of 10. Won't be going there again!!!!Staff need retraining

1st time I visited Sabir's was a while ago for a family meal and we dined inside and I really enjoyed it the food was cooked fresh and so tasty. This time we ordered takeout and so disappointed. I asked for 8.15pm collection as it was Ramadan and when I arrived it was so busy waited 10 minutes to finally get my order which was 2x fun pack 2 and this included 1x 8 inch pizza fries, piece chicken with drink and chicken nuggets childs meal 12 inch garlic bread. I got home I realised no drinks were given but I did ring and they apologised but I wasn't able to go back. Took food inside and as we started eating it was almost cold so had to re warm in microwave. The food was tasteless not a very nice pizza also the garlic bread was like a shop bought tiger loaf topping so dry and hard. Definitely won't be going back. The place looks very nice since refurbishing it but food needs improvement.

No customers service what so ever. Was not 1st time there and I ordered a pizza which was awful by the way, th day charged me full price for it yet had a deal on the same pizza on the menu. Just would have been nice to be told about my options and then was charged ÂŁ1.60p for sauces.. What a joke will not be going back to them.

Firstly I would like to mention I’m not a review type of person, whether it’s good or bad however going to sabirs today has overwhelmed me, I’m from Nottingham and went to see a friend in Sheffield in the morning, on the way back i just wanted a snack so stopped at Tesco (which has now been knocked down!! I wasn’t aware if this) anyway it all worked out for the best, it was 12 midday when all other snack shops and fast food places were closed and sabirs happened to be open. When I walked in it looked very modern and bright and to add to the experience the staff were very bright and not your usual miserable staff being 12 midday… carrying on i ordered my snack and asked the serving lady for the gentlemen’s at which point I was directed upstairs. I must include the toilets were the cleanest toilets iv ever seen in a takeaway/restaurant, I instantly had a positive feeling about this place. I walked out with wet hands from washing them as I don’t like using dryer due to dry hand condition (I’m sorry for in depth explanations) and start hunting for hadwipe/tissue towels, this is when a friendly lady who was sitting upstairs approached me and pointed me in the right direction of the hand wipes after having a short chat and giggle with her. I then started observing the decor of the whole takeaway/restaurant which looked very appealing and clean, again the lady then got up and approached me but this time introduced herself, sfe ended up being the owner of this outstanding place after a detailed chat regarding the decor and the layout out the place I headed back down to indulge in my chicken wrap and chips and low behold the food not only liked mouthwatering it actually tasted just how expected. Overall I would personally give this place 12 out of 10 considering the hygiene level and food taste

Been to this place a few times and it easily has some of the best food in Rotherham. The chicken wrap and chicken burgers are probably the best things on the menu and the chicken steak and rice is also really good. The pizza is also really nice and the place is worth going out of your way to try for the first time.

Passing through the city and came across this place after researching. Was overall impressed. Clean & stylish, including toilets. Parking on street and around the back; great friendly service with a smile.Ordered mix grill for lunch: 1 lamb chop 1 wing 1 seekh kebab & skewer of chicken tikka with fresh naan + salad @ ÂŁ7.95. Sauces free. Naan was light and soft just the way I like it. Decent value overall. Could do with little sauce bowls if sitting in just to match the stylish tray/bowl they serve food in/on. Took another portion home for Wife & Mum both liked yet Wife thought tikka/lamb was slightly salty for her taste. Got busy downstairs at lunch yet people were not waiting too long for their food. There is plenty of seating upstairs too. Delicious halal food, decent service so do recommend and will go back again.
