Decided to get a takeaway from here! Never tried before and was pleasantly surprised! The best Indian I’ve ever had! Could tell everything was freshly made unlike other places! Will be my go to Indian from now on and will definitely dine in next time!

First time I've been to zara's restaurant. The meal was lovely and the company. The owners and the staff was lovely too. Atmosphere was great.Would recommend and will go again

Fantastic food and excellent service. Right up there with the best Indian food I've had. Went for the shobuz masala, a spicy dish,and it didn't disappoint. Excellent value for money. Will definitely be eating here again and would highly recommend.

Brilliant! Went for the first time tonight. Wonderful atmosphere with lovely food and very friendly staff. Will definitely be going again for eating in and takeaway.Really pleased to have found this place and have had a great night out.Highly recommend 🙂

Went last night for a family meal & the food was amazing, the best I have had in a long time. Everything was piping hot. Service & staff were great. A good evening was had by all. Sure we will be visiting again soon.

Lovely food very friendly staff. Some dishes on the menu I haven't seen before and nice that they do authentic dishes not just catering for the English with Kormas. Give the chefs specials ago. I tried an Afgani. Bit out of my comfort zone heat wise but good choice and enjoyed it. It isn't fast food and takes a while for food to come out so manage your expectations and don't be in a rush. Worth the wait. Well worth a visit and we will be back

Ordered takeaway Saturday arrived bang on time piping hot and wow amazing both in taste and quantity, and what was lovely the lady delivering our takeaway added enjoy your meal which we most definitely did . Will be booking a table for our wedding anniversary. Thank you for such a lovely meal and for it to arrive piping hot and on time a bonus

Amazing food, all cooked fresh and brought quickly to the table. The staff were very knowledgeable and able to advise on menu choices and were attentive throughout our visit. Thank you for looking after us, we’ll be back soon!

Shehbaz has moved his excellent Indian restaurant from Crookes in Sheffield to Rotherham. We've been going there for 20 years so are delighted that he's moved here - save us a fortune in taxi fares. This is high quality Indian at affordable prices. Almost all Indian cuisine is covered. Onion bhaji to die for and Zara's special curries are excellent. Try it! Eat in or takeaway and delivery.
