Food very dry rang up to explain got a response very negative even my 7 month old dog turned his nose up that takes something!! Do not order xx

This place as gone downhill fast, will never order again from here..They need to make there food at least a little apertizing.

We used to order from here all the time but after a bad takeaway we stopped. So tonight while watching the boxing we decide to give it another chance and how sorry we are that we did. I had a half pound burger with fries. The fries was nice HOWEVER the burger was absolutely Vile. It is the CHEAPEST burger meat you could get and more like something you get at a third division football match. The taste was awful and just full of gristle, it was that bad I threw more than half of it away. Moving onto the pizza we ordered….. a 12inch DEEP PAN….. it was thinner than a thin pan !! It was like cardboard and the crust was burnt. So sad it has gone downhill to that extreme. We certainly won’t ever order from here again. I left 1 star as there wasn’t an option for ZERO ! Sorry Shiraz but that food was awful

Order food which came with hair in the food was vile rang back and spoke to this rudest manger ever! He gave me my money back went to give this place a second chance they let me order my food and took my money off the card then sent me a text saying the shop was shut and I would get a refund in 5 days! Rang the shop number and they was open they said I was banned from ordering for complaining about the food! Disgusting stay away from this place!!

I tried Shiraz as they have an open kitchen IE it must be clean ..wowzers finally a proper pizza place

Awful 😖 food came 15-25 mins late and looked like it had beed in a car crash!! Got chips and cheese sauce it was all over the bag inside, all over every other order in the bag! A burger that was ordered the bread was wet thru from the amount of watered down mayo on it, the whole thing was like slop!!

I have ordered regularly and the food is amazing but on this occasion the portion was very poor for a £8.50 kebab so i rang up only to be sniggered at by the woman taking orders and mo the manager said i was lying basically as he could not shut the box so i can only assume the driver must have got pekish. The customer service is terrible and i will not be using again witch is ashame!

Horrible food just ordered from there the Burgers arnt even fresh burgers they are far to thick to be fresh it was literally chucked together the kebab is that greasy I could make a full english breakfast with left over grease in bottom of tray! Never order again.

Tonight ordered a couple pizzas, and the 1/2 pound BBQ cheeseburger w/fries.. I had the burger and had to get on here and let everyone that the burger AND the chips were EXCELLENT! Highly recommend for anyone who loves BBQ cheeseburgers!

Always spot on good pizza good kebabs fresh chips with chip spice and chilli is beaut! Never had a complaint
