Story Teller in Rotherham

Been loads of times and it's really nice love the food but to be honest Yorkshire puddings wasn't best and I don't like the mash potato's. the cauliflower cheese and roast potatoes are divine the drinks are nice 2 staff are nice enough the outside area is nice and the play area seating area is good nice place overall defo going again <3

Visited mother's day and the food and service was absolutely fantastic, it was so busy but the staff still managed to attend to everyone and keep the service to a high standard.We was a party of 15 and everyone in our party said how beautiful the food was. It was that good we returned again a few days later for a treat in the play area which again was great along with piping hot food and lovely staff 😊

Had lasagne which came with lettuce on the side n two slices of garlic bread was nice but at £7.99 for a microwave size portion? Cant fault the staff excellent might opt for carvery next time more value for money. Nice environment outside area greatly updated with sheltered booths and lots more picnic benches than before so defo worth a visit for families n singletons alike.

I went to the storyteller pub on Sunday the food was lovely and the staff were so pleasant. Emma and Lynsey especially went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Food was brought quickly and the place was very clean. Will definitely be back again in the near future.

Nice and spacious inside. Gentleman at the bar was polite n friendly as he took our order. When we visited it was early dinner and not many people in. However we seemed to have had to wait along time for the starter to come and again for the mains. Even though folk that came in after us got all their food before us.. It did fill up quickly. If the service was better they would have got a better score

It was cozy, very promptly seated.Good was excellent and wait staff was impeccable. A new favourite!

Orderd a mixed grill and was pretty awful greasy and burnt steak pretty much cremated and the rest more r less same I complained and was told it was barbecue sauce so turned food over and was same on other side I'm not one to complain but it was terrible ordered same hoping it would be better but no it was same this time was told its because its flat pan grilled like a barbecue how ridiculous its obviously been cooked on an uncleaned grill someone behind was also returning food .I used to love this place gone down hill and won't be going back pic of my gammon added with this complaint make ya own mind up

Popped in on the off chance - Amy on the bar was great, updated me on the drink deals. Me and my friend had both main meals and carvery. The main menu was delicious (the team said the chef was Karen) and my friend said Elliott was brilliant on the carvery - very chatty and gave great service.

Came in last Sunday with my daughter, had a wait on food but it was all worth it, the food was beautiful, my daughter had carvery and I had mixed grill. Lynsey the waitress who brought my food to me was very polite and made sure we had all the condiments that we needed. Will definetly be coming back again soon.

They was Quite pleasant, I went for a pre-order "2Good2Go" the food was presented Extremely well in the box and was plentiful, my only disappointment was the amount of Meat in the BoxApart from that, it was Extremely good for the price, so can't really complain
