Taco Bell UK in Rotherham

So the food was okay 👍 the cinnamon swirls are pointless tbf not much flavour going on and you don't really get a lot of fillings to be honest or food and the second time we went they totally forgot our churros so had to go all way back its probably okay for a snack but meal nah not filling enough.

I’ve alway ordered from here and really enjoy the food but recently on three consecutive occasions they’ve missed out items of food and I’m beginning to wonder how they keep their business. I could understand if at the time they were busy with orders but each time I’m the only customer in there and previously to that the staff are stood about talking.

Went to this store last night for some food with my GF. I ordered 2 volcano burritos with no sour cream , one as a meal . 2 hard shelled tacos without lettuce and 4 with lettuce and an extra drink . I ended up with 4 tacos all with lettuce , one burrito had sour cream and no extra drink. I looked at the recepit and luckily I hadn't been charged for them but in a way that's even worse because you either weren't paying attention or didn't confirm my order . I was too tired in the end to go back inside , you just hadn't even put half of my order through the till . It's a common theme with taco Bells in the Sheffield area the staff simply do not know how to operate a till .The one in meadowhall is the same , I've had to wait for 45 minutes before because the staff couldn't operate the till and messed up orders . Shame

Got a load of snap from the saver menu, might as well just buy all your lunch from that since it's so well priced!

this place is horrible they messed up our ored we orders a burrito a crunch wrap and some Casidias and there was no Casidias, highly do not recommend and demand a formal apology.

Bad representation of the company and has been declining over the past few months. One of 3 different groups who walked out before ever getting served. Throwing money away

Literally the worst fast food franchise in the area. We like Taco Bell but after ordering from this location multiple times, and then having missed out several items on at least four separate occasions. Don’t waste your time or money ordering from them, you will just be met with incompetence.

Food was pretty good, tacos was a bit flavourless maybe it was a one off but the rest of the food such as the wrap and quesidillas was very nice, will be back again hopefully tacos will taste better next time i come fingers crossed

1st order was wrong, asked for chicken got beef 2nd order came with lettuce but I did ask for just meat and the sauce, removed the lettuce as you see, the food was really good taste and was hot. The cinnamon twist was a nice desert, in fact we had more, it is a great value for money meal, I only knocked it down to 4 because of the two mistakes.

Taco Bell menu is fab and offers flexibility to customise your food which is a great idea. In theory this is a perfect alternative option for fast food instead of burgers, fried chicken or pizza.This is my 2nd visit to this restaurant and unfortunately on both visits my food hasn't been hot enough it was just luke warm which was disappointing especially as the restaurant wasn't busy. The drinks machine also has a smell of rotten drains (probably the drip tray underneath) and unfortunately it's the same today as it was the last time I visited approx 3 weeks ago - not impressed about that Taco Bell? hygiene standards?As I haven't visited any other Taco Bell restaurants I can't comment if this is the usual standard. It's a shame really as if the food was hot and the drinks machine odour free it'd be a regular haunt for me but I won't be coming to this location again a 3rd time.
