Great local pub, friendly staff, very clean with welcoming environment.

Excellent Sunday Lunch. Nice atmosphere and a great pint of John Smiths.

Good atmosphere allowed dog 🐕 in and draft beer.

Rude staff/owners, no customer service skills at all. Went in a few months ago when I had booked a table for Sunday dinner. I was treat like something a dog squirts out after eating chocalate by the small ginger man.If there is any football on regulars have no chance of a decent seat near the TV/projector. They are all reserved for him and his mates that have never even drank in the pub before. He wants your money to keep it ticking over and that's it, couldn't care less about you otherwise and it shows. He's not even good pretending.

Lovely place. Nice people. For a nice drink from a walk round the village. Thankyou for been there.

My partner and I popped in on a Saturday afternoon as we'd seen the signs saying food was served Wednesday to Saturday and the reviews had looked good.When we arrived we were told "no we don't serve food today". Why do pubs do this? Advertise that they serve food on boards all around the outside of the pub then when you go inside the barstaff act like you are being weird for asking. Quick tip; Update your advertisements! Food and atmosphere is probably nice when they bother to serve it although the guy behind the bar didn't seem to know when this might be.

It's a great place with a good atmosphere the landlady is a always game for a laugh there is a music quiz on Thursday night and a general knowledge quiz on Sunday. A recent upgrade to the outdoor space with astra turf and a beautiful patio area has made this place even more popular. At the moment the only meals are Sunday lunch which is highly recommended.

The food was fantastic and very reasonable, I had to ask if they'd got the price right as didn't seem enough and no overpriced drinks either which just proves that it can be done. Staff very pleasant and definitely worth a re visit. Highly recommended. Dave n Nicole arrived 12.10 hrs / 22-10-17.

Just a regular local pub. Nothing too exciting but okay for a quick drink / chat with friends.They offer functions too and can do a buffet for birthdays etc.
