Ok dint expect much for the prices , maybe picked the wrong thing , wasn’t over impressed , service was good , was clean had better for same price , menus is too big should concentrate on the basics and get them right , my mate had the chicken off the pensioner’s menus and could have had free dessert, my pepper corn sauce was lumpy , and the scampi were very small and only 4 so will change to 4 stars

Excellent value for money! Efficient, friendly service. Good variety on menu and reasonable vegetarian/ vegan choice. Tables well spaced. Pleasant outside seating area with great view over valley. Only criticism would be large screen TVs dominating each area.

Amazing place very comfortable relaxing. Staff can't do enough for you. Food out of this world. Well worth every penny. Def 5 star

Being a busy Friday night and being part of a large group we did have a bit of a delay in some meals being served but other than that a fantastic evening. We were made to feel very comfortable and had fantastic service from a designated member of staff Amy, everybody said what a great job she did taking both drinks and food orders and making sure we all had what we wanted. Thankyou Amy - a credit to the Glasshouse team!!

Honestly, Breakfast with Santa was one of the best experiences for both adults and kids, so much effort went into making it special for all. The staff were terrific. Thank you all and were looking forward to the February Gin night!

Literally saved Christmas! We had a table for 7 booked for Christmas day. 3 of us couldn't go due to my daughter testing positive. We called them and they offered us a full refund or a take out option. We collected our food. It was ready on time and the food was hot. Customer service was exceptional. Thank you so much

Very nice, friendly staff,good food

Special thanks to Andrea. What could have been a bad dining experience turned into a lovely meal & a wonderful night staying on after our meals to enjoy the quizzes on a Weds night. What was a one off as we are usual diners & normally all is good here, Andrea soon rectified the situation & was more than kind & efficient at her job. It's rare these days.

Excellent hospitality service and food is absolutely gorgeous this will now be our regular place to dine now thank you for treating us well
