Wonderful food and service in a beautiful place. Owners Mr and Mrs Philippou and their team are supremely good hosts.The quality of the chops, steak and even sausage in the mixed grill is just stunning. We will definitely be returning in the near future. Every one of 5 stars fully deserved

Fantastic restaurant. Superb service and quality food. The menu and food presentation could be perceived as a little outdated but its the substance that counts. All our courses were Perfectly cooked and hot. This place is the only venue we have eaten at in our locality for such a long time that I would be really happy to go back to or recommend.

A fabulous mother's day treat. Mega portions so had to take part of main and sweet home. Excellent staff and service. Lovely atmosphere even though they were very busy. We'll done for the lovely Mothers day experience.

Not been for a number of years but experience and importantly the food was as good as always. Great waiter table service and atmosphere. Good £ value for a three course Sunday lunch. If anything, the portions are too big!

Nice place for locals to have a 'restaurant experience', food plentiful and staff are unbelievable - polite, attentive and friendly. Quantity of food good. Food is OK, if a little mediocre - wouldn't want to pay the high prices again though for what we believed we could cook at home. Didn't spoil it though really and can see why the restaurant has survived so many years.

Food was fantastic - really well cooked, generous portions, something to suit everyone. Took advantage of the 3 course meal offer for 2 people Wed-Fri so very happy with the price. The service was superb - very impressed with the staff. It was very smart, cozy and clean inside which was lovely on the cold, wet, windy winter's evening we went. Glad there weren't many people in because we are very concerned about catching covid. Overall excellent experience.

What can I say! Lived in the village for 30+ yrs and never been, until last night. I could never understand why such an "expensive" restaurant was always so busy. Well, now I know.Excellent food, attentive staff, a good wine and beer selection and certainly "not expensive". We had the Evening Special 3 Course, my main was the 32oz mixed grill, certainly the best cooked and biggest mixed grill I've ever had, anywhere.No pressure to leave at all and we were some of the last there. We'll certainly be going back, we just need to find a good slot for us all. 5/5Thanks Bex and Steve for the invite and your guidance through the menu.

Had a lovely family Sunday lunch. Staff were helpful and friendly and the food was great. Portions are large but it isn't quantity over quality as all courses were well made. Definitely worth a trip if you are looking for a nice 3 course Sunday lunch.

Wow. I was left utterly speachless. You definetly get more than you pay for. After receiving your main dish the servers come round with veg (carrots, peas, cauliflower cheese e.t.c). you can have as much as you want. The steaks are cooked perfectly. The staff are absolutely fantastic and polite
