Poor cleanliness, to say they had only just opened and very worrying considering Covid is still around. Fish was very nice , but the overall dish was on the cooler side of full enjoyment. Intended to stay for dessert but in light of our concerns paid and left after our main.

We ordered meals for takeaway, three if our family being coeliac, unfortunately my daughter in law went to pick it up and a car hit her as she was turning unto the car park. I telephoned the restaurant to tell that she was delayed and they said they would keep the food warm for us. When we eventually got to pick it up they said they were cooking the whole order fresh as they couldn't keep it warm all the time that was taken. My daughter in law was in a bit of a state, she has whiplash injuries and the staff were very nice and helpful to her.

The waitress seemed challenged by our ordering. She seemed to forget my husband more than once! The kitchen sent the wrong order. Too many chips, asked for skin on fish- didn't get it. No difference between regular and small fish. However it was tasty and well cooked!

Delicious. Fish tastes fresh. Batter is crisp and light and the chips are decent. Been there a few times eating in and takeaway, and it seems very good consistent quality. It is out default go-to chippy now. They also have gluten free options for batter so that could be useful for some.

Absolutely delicious. This has to be the best place for fresh fish and chips. I can not rate this place enough. Clean and tidy, friendly staff and very tasty food. What more can you ask for! Well worth a visit if you are in the are.

Visited the takeaway today and have to say was underwhelmed at the very least. Have had far better food locally. Ordered cod chips and peas x3 plus 4 potato scollaps. Food was freshly cooked but in our opinion was over cooked and the potato scollaps were just burnt hard batter with no potato inside. Would not recommend these at all. Went straight in the bin hence the two stars sorry.

My first fish and chips in Sheffield, fish is crispy on the outside, melt in your mouth inside, tartar sauce, had mushy peas and pickled onions as sides, loved the mushy peas, really tasty. Ambiance; comfortable enough, sat in the booth and service was excellent, lovely ladies, food came out really quick, piping hot! Would have liked to have some heat as in pepper sauce on the side seeing as it's fish, I will ask the next time. All in all a great experience.

Certainly has to be one of the best fish and chips I’ve had. Light crisp batter and well cooked fish. I had a plaice for a change ( cod is my preferred choice) and i wasn’t disappointed.Visited the Rotherham restaurant and felt welcomed, friendly staff and ample sitting space.Overall good evening.
