We've not visited for ages as it's been closed, great to see it reopened and serving the community.. Wow!! The pub has been transformed outside with a marquee, new seating area, play apparatus, swings. Just had a drink with family in kids area outside, staff were friendly and pleasant, great to see people supporting pub industry.

What a fantastic pub called here today after booking for my 71st birthday ,food was out of this world and really good value for money I had the house platter and my partner the 8oz rump steak couldn't fault any of it , lovely atmosphere and a rally nice host , hope you both continue to do well you deserve every compliment you get , what a lovely couple

Really busy had a really nice steak but the twice cooked chips wasn't cooked they were hard as they were sliced too thick. I noticed nearly every dish that went out was eaten apart from the horrid chips. Change the chips & let's see a clear plate.

I had a veggie burger and the owner was also a veggie so you could tell she had tested out the different veggie burgers to get the best one to serve in her pub. She was very lovely and very attentive. She talked to us about the paintings on the wall that her family had painted for her. It was overall a very nice experience!

Excellent beer garden. All covid procedures in place. The waitresses are superb they work so hard and always have a smile on their faces. I don't know what seasoning they put on their chips but they are amazing.

Not long moved to Aston and popped last night for a couple of drinks in the beer garden....you can tell the back is all newly redone and love the outdoor seating space. It's set out over different levels and some lovely views out the fields to the rear.I guess my only complaint at the minute would be for the cooler evenings they could do with some heaters around the patio.Other than that I love the outdoor space and bar
