Beadlam Grange Farmshop and Cafe in Ryedale

Use this farmshop regularly, and lunch in restaurant is always lovely, but not today! Food was great as always, but must be new staff! After main course we were just left, and not asked if we wanted a sweet! Eventually caught eye of waitress and asked for sweets menu. HALF HOUR later still waiting for them to take sweet order, so we decided to leave and go without! Wasn’t very busy so dont know what issue was? Tables were not cleared either after customers had left!

Lovely conversion that holds good shopping, with a well catered coffee shop. The Staff were delightful, even whilst contending with a broken fridge. Well worth a visit.

Fabulous. Everything you want from a farm shop, from steaks to jams. Theres a great cafe and whats more, a hairdressers. Lovely staff and when youre stocked up with goodies, youre only 5 minutes from a walk round historical Helmsley. 😃👍👌

2nd visit to the Bistro at Beadlam Grange & it didn't disappoint, steak burger & fries along with beef/veg stew with mash & herb dumplings, both were absolutely delicious, excellent coffee to finish. We can also vouch for the homemade cake & scones from our previous visit, enjoy the food so much we've booked for Sunday lunch too! Good service & the staff are really friendly, can heartily recommend.

Nice place to have lunch, a good menu. I had the burger, it was the best I've tasted. Bought some from the on site butcher. Also great farm shop with loads of choice.

Bought a couple of 21 day matured ‘Limousin’ ribeye steaks which were not inexpensive. They turned out to be tough as boot leather and not very tasty. Very disappointed!

Staff were rude, 4 of them ignored us when we waited to be seated and it was very quiet and when we asked to be seated a young staff member snapped at us. We arrived at 11.30 and they said we couldn’t order lunch until midday as it was breakfast menu until then, we are locals and had heard so much about this cafe but we were very disappointed so left, we will not go again.

Top class, farm shop and cafe. Butchers is exceptional. Best ribeye steak I've ever had. Well done folks keep up the great work!

A lovely shop and deli with plenty of choices of brands you don’t normally see. There’s also a little gift shop too! Didn’t get time to stop off for a coffee/cake but will drop by next time. We brought some cheese and onion bread and it went down very well!!

Lovely location ,went for lunch light bites and full lunches ,on the menu ,plenty of seating area in or out ,friendly and helpful staff ,gets busy quick ,farm shop lovely and full bit pricey ,gift shop there also .
