Cedarbarn Farm Shop and Cafe in Ryedale

Great food, great service. We had a last minute Sunday Lunch and it was very well received by all the family.We went back the next day to purchase some items from the farm shop and these did not fail to appease the families appetites. The lamb and mint burgers, along with the beef burgers were delightful.

Quite expensive in the shop, but got some of their homemade pork pies that were delicious, and two of the biggest vanilla slices ive ever seen!!! And they were as good as they looked! but the cafe was very busy, and the food looked nice, a very nice cup of tea was served!

No railway on as yet but that was an advantage as less kids! Food and service excellent, lovely location, weather perfect, we had our dog so sat outside, also hired the dog field which was only £5 fo r up to 3 dogs

Amazing Cafe and Shop. The service and food are both excellent, Very Highly Recommended. Also got a decent play area for the kids.

We've absolutely loved it. The food tasted great and looked amazing. The staff especially a lady who looked after our table was lovely and very helpful. The service was also fast and we weren't waiting long for our food to arrive. I'd definitely recommend it.

This review is for the cafe only.We were staying at the nearby Premier Inn and stumbled across this place the following morning. The cafe was clean and the staff efficient.The food was a bit overpriced though. We ordered bacon sandwiches at £5.99 each and a couple of coffees. Total cost was £17.20. The sandwiches were 2 slices of brown bread, bacon and what seemedlike half a salad tomato. They were ok but did seem pricey for what we got.

Lovely little Farm Shop with some great produce. Tried a sandwich, pork pie and sausage roll and they are all beautifully made. Also purchased some of the butcher products so we can't wait to test them out. All well priced too which is great. Didn't try the cafe but it looked nice with some outside seating.

Lovely farm shop, could of bought loads. The cafe was very clean, friendly staff & the food was delicious. Lots of gluten free choices.

Great day out for all the (slightly younger) family! Play area with lots of fun things including a pedal tractor area. Lovely shop and pick your own area. Personal favourite was the miniature railway, the son loved it. Highly recommend getting some of the tasty butcher foodstuffs if your interested in, can testify the pork and Apple sausages were great on a BBQ 👌🏻

Had a lovely lunch here with 2 of my grandchildren, we picked raspberries, played on the park, had a ride on the train, then ate a chocolate train lolly on the way home! Highly recommended, great afternoon out, coming back for strawberries😁
