Cropton brewery in Ryedale

Visited here for lunch (with our two dogs). Great food - who knew that Yorkshire pudding wraps were a thing, they are and they are really good. Great beers, brewed on site! Thank you

Really loved this pub. Great little find. Great food, loved the fact this pub had a juke box, pool table and darts board. Really great for my eldest boys, youngest loved the freedom. Thanks to the young lad for squeezing us in. Felt so welcomed, it was great to meet locals and Lass the dog.Thank you for having us. ❤️

We found this place using Britstops, called ahead and the person on the phone was very friendly and said there would be no problem parking our campervan for the night.There was a young guy behind the bar (didn’t catch their name) who was brilliant and very friendly. Let my wife sample a drink she was unsure of before purchasing (which has now led to her having a new favourite drink!).The food does seem a little pricey at first but we were so impressed with the quality and were absolutely stuffed after so there is more than enough! I highly recommend the lasagna.Overall, a great experience and great staff. Despite there only being a few of them they did a fantastic job.

Stayed on Sunday 13th. Had dinner with friends there. Staff excellent as was the evening meal. Great selection of drinks. The breakfast the following morning was a good start to the day. Couldn't fault anything. If in the area it's well worth a visit.

Lovely old fashioned pub with its very own brewery. However Sunday dinner was not value for money. One small bowl of vegetables shared with two people. 2 roasties no mash, parsnips or suede. £12.50 a head and left still hungry. Staff were lovely. Shame it wasn’t a great experience. Desserts were £6.00 again over priced. Wasn’t many in the place and that normally tells you something.

We went here for a meal at the restaurant because we were staying at the nearby forest Holidays Cropton which is around a 5 minute drive away. We booked in advance but for a evening mid week this was not needed as we were the only people in the restaurant! Very laid back, lovely food and great staff. Not many other pubs around unless you travel an extra 10 - 15 minutes so it's worth visiting here. Didn't experience much of the bar but it seemed nice with a few locals in. Also plenty of parking at the back. Top place.

Fantastic old fashioned pub. Friendly staff, good food and brew their own very nice beer. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great pub, lovely food and staff. We had a lunch time meal for 4 people and it was delicious. The beer selection was perfect.
