Huckleberry's in Ryedale

We called in for breakfast whilst away in York & heading to Scarborough. The breakfast we had with the biggest Hash Browns I've ever seen. Amazing food at a great price. It filled us up for the day ahead.Also the place where they do great food challanges Man V Food.

The portion sizes are absolutely HUGE. Everything we had tasted amazing, we wish we had a local one we could go to! Really friendly staff who happily boxed up all the food I couldn't manage. Would definitely come back if we are ever in the area on another holiday.

I read the other good reviews and will agree with them! We were made very welcome, treated like VIP guests and served delicious fresh High-quality food. We will return, the hosts are outstanding and have created a very special ambiance! 🤠💃🕺

Fantastic diner with some spectacular food challenges. If you are in the area make sure you call in.If food challenges are not your thing no problem a really good diner menu to choose from with brilliant service.

Stopped off at Huckleberry's on the way to a week away and it was the best decision to stop here. The diner is laid out nicely and decorated superbly. I had the Roadhouse Burger and after the first bite, knew it was an exquisite burger; full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The staff are super friendly and the service was fantastic. The meat is sourced from an award-winning butcher a couple of miles down the road which is even better! Already planned to stop back here on the way back.

Had a lovely meal here while away at griffon forrest (about 2 minutes away) very tasty and filling. Also because our eyes where bigger than our bellies, they kindly packed up our dessert to take back.

visited for the first time last night. been meaning to try it for some time. I'm glad we did. visited with my partner and daughter. we were greeted straight away and shown to a clean and spacious table. the menu was explained to us and our drinks arrived quickly. a birthday party booking was in, meaning they had a large table to cater for also, but our food (to us) arrived promptly. the manager (I presume to be) treated us to a free chocolate milkshake to apologise for the wait. my daughter had a sundae but didn't want any whipped cream so he arranged for her to have more toppings instead. another lovely touch. we were looked after from the beginning and throughout and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food and experience. id recommend and looking forward to returning. thank you for such a pleasant experience

This place is a gem of a restaurant portions are huge service is second to none.The owner was friendly and professional and reacted we our kids brilliantly especially our youngest who is autistic.The food it's self is fantastic full of flavour and fresh.It was also good to get an actual American mountain dew not the poor excuse for a European offering.Very well priced for the size of the portions you get if we are ever back this way this will definitely be on our list to visit again.
