Asked for fat off bacon, come with more fat on than pork, 2 slices of fat for a large sandwich 2 sausages for a large feel like had the pig pulled out of me

was well set out.i asked for toasted sandwich abd was told they only had baps.asked for cheese and bacon and received cold hard over done bacon with a few sprinkles of grated un toasted cheese. not very nice but could of been nice given more choice.

The food is fine, as good as anywhere else. The shop is very clean and there is clearly a focus on presentation, HOWEVER, as a regular customer I have now decided to stop visiting the shop as the customer service is poor. Staff do not smile, have no rapport and (who I think is) the owner / manager almost sighs as you walk in. Staff do not make you feel welcome and prices charged do not always match the prices on the board.Whispers of "charge her £3 for that" also do not make you feel welcome.The older member of staff is the only person who remotely has a smile on face. It generally feels like it is too much trouble.
