Romeo Pizza in Ryedale

Got a delivery tonight the burgers where full of hard grizzle and cold and the pizza was cold and I have been a regular customer for years and they are just going down hill now won't be ordering again they aren't very good anymore the delivery driver used to be polite but isn't anymore 😔

Ordered a delivery tonight arrived before time to then be accused of not paying even tho the proof was right they no fault of the delivery driver. Then having to ring them up 3 times 1st time was cans of pop missing 2nd time tower burger missing and 3rd time the tower burger was a beef burger instead of chicken when the tower burgers finally arrived the chicken burgers were under cooked the salad was rotten have been a regular to romeos for years what has actually happened it's gone down hill will not be using again disgusting

Got the order completely wrong I asked for 3 chips cheese and garlic they ordered chips cheese and bolognese but only gave 3 chips and garlic but charged me £7.60 I suggest avoiding them chips also under done totally useless need to be shut down

Just ordered and asked for an alternative options that was not on menu , came as requested , lovely food , hot and we'll presented , very very polite delivery staff , recommend .

I use this place a bit and things have changed recently. The food is reasonable enough but the crew seems to be different again. It's twice now that they haven't read/followed the notes when I've ordered something. Also would it kill them to put the bottles of drink in the fridge? £2.50 for a 1.5l served warm.

I ordered a Hot Shot Parmo Pizza. Awesome! Fast service. Friendly staff. Will defiantly be going back for another. 👍

Shocking! Ordered from here at 7.40pm and got told the delivery would be within the hour, we leave it an hour and ten minutes until we phone to ask where our order would be baring in mind it was only a kebab box and get told that the order is waiting to be sent out, still no arrival at 9 so we phone again to Told they’re sending it out now however it’s half past 9 and still no food. Phone them and for some reason the phone won’t even connect anymore so guessing they are either blocking my calls or putting the phone straight down. Customer service is absolutely appalling, we were regulars but we won’t be ordering again. If you can’t handle it being busy either don’t take anymore orders or tell people how long the waiting time will be because it’s ridiculous and we could of gone somewhere else if we knew

Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. I ordered a garlic chicken pizza, my wife ordered a pepparami parmo, and both were equally grim. The pizza was cold, and soggy. It tasted like a cheesy garlic bread rather than a pizza. The parmo had a weird tinge to the taste and that was cold as well. Ironic given that it was burnt. So annoyed for wasting time and money on disgusting, half assed food. Please avoid and save yourselves the money and disappointment.

Warning! If your pizza doesn't arrive and you phone up to enquire where it is, don't be surprised if you are told that the pizza was delivered and that there is nothing they can do. Their stock answer is "you've had your pizza" and they then put the phone down. You then phone again and are passed over to speak to the delivery driver (a female) who tells you that your order was delivered to two males! I am married with two children. I explain this to her and suggest she has delivered to the wrong address, whereby I am accused of being "snotty". We eventually had to go to the takeaway, confront the arrogant delivery girl who lied again, saying she delivered to two girls, and then admitted that she hadn't delivered a pizza to us. The owner, (very apologetic), then gave back our money. Very disappointing and shan't be using again. Shame!!
