What a find. Stopped here for some well earned refreshments after our family walk. Well kept, traditional pub, great service and we'll priced. Massive beer garden and the food looked delightful!

Disappointing, after their reviews we as 4 decided to have Sunday Lunch. No tableware no napkins etc Vegetables were just mulch swimmng in some sort of oiland roast potatoes were frozen that had obvious been re warmed up. Vegetables were apparantly Mediterranean vegetables? When asked ...just reheated frozen mashed up parsnips, some sort of sweet potatoes and mashed up carrot with red cabbage on the side. Shame as we were so looking forward to it!

Lovely quirky little pub just on the outskirts of dalby forest we stopped in here on our way out from go ape for a bite to eat and the food was brilliant you could tell it was all locally sourced and fresh it tasted delicious and the service to go with it was even better very welcoming and polite staff who where happy to help no matter what we asked we will most certainly return but would highly recommend this venue to anyone. Only downside is that didnt get any photo of the venue or food because i was that hungry 😂

Pleased that this place was serving food all day when the pub over the road had stopped serving five minutes earlier. It was 2.05pm when we came to the town looking for a pub lunch. We weren't disappointed. Great menu choices at good prices. Comforfortable cosy pub. The food was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend a visit.

Went for Sunday lunch 31st October, not the best unfortunately. Pub and staff lovely can't fault that side. I had roast beef, my husband had the mixed meat selection. Beef was tough, so was pork, the roast ham was lovely. Vegetable selection was poor, carotts, parsnips and sprouts, I don't like sprouts or parsnips, so I was left with carotts, the roast potatoes were frozen, cooked to the point they were shrivelled up and I couldn't cut them or put my fork in them. The gravy was instant gravy which was disappointing. All in all I won't be paying another visit.
