Menu limited to 3 sandwich fillings. Having said that they were very nice and the staff were cheerful and attentive.

A well friendly run pub, with great staff. Probably the greatest fish and chips I’ve ever had. Well recommend

Post Covid Update: the new menu is good! It's generally £12 a main. When I visited, they were out of several options but the cheese burger was actually one of the best I've had, and I've eaten a lot of burgers 🙂I'm told the fish and chips were good too.I went safe with the beer but The Black Sheep was excellent. I'll have to go back and research the other options. 🙂Still friendly, still dog friendly, still recommended.

Called in just to have a look and a pint. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Menu looks great so I will be back to try it ;)

Great pub. Recently started serving food again and the food was very good.

A terrific little pub with great beer and brilliant staff. Thoroughly recommended!

Good old fashioned pub, doesn't serve food any more but patrons are welcome to bring their own in. Friendly bar staff, good hand pumped ales, and dog friendly. Disabled access is about the only problem, with about 8 steps up from the main road, and a further two steps depending on where you sit.

Excellent food, hospitality by staff is excellent. Nice choice of hand pulled beers and lagers. Worth a visit. Update: revisited and once again 5 Stars. Had Rump steak.. excellent. Many thanks to superb staff for making the evening so enjoyable.
