Pleasant atmosphere ,polite staff and reasonably priced

A lovely looking shop and cafe serving top quality products. Good menu of well prepared food and interesting and delicious drinks. Lovely staff, clean toilets - what's not to like?

Lovely food, great friendly service and amazing coffee

Nice cosy place for a stop off hot drink and food on a cold rainy day, sign said ‘dogs welcome’ , food was lovely, couldn’t fault. However, the more mature lady who served us initially, showed utter contempt for our dogs through the time we were there. It’s a smallish place so obviously the dogs as well behaved as ours were will be close to people passing by including the staff. This lady made us feel unwelcome as a result. The young lady whom we paid was altogether different. We didn’t get chance to say anything as much as we wanted as the shop was filling up so we left to get out of the way. Not sure if this shop is therefore tolerant of dogs as this lady clearly wasn’t. You will know who you are & shame on you really…

Cosy, friendly service, efficient, quality, fresh food, good portions. You'll be spoilt for choice, takes me a while to make up my mind.

Very friendly service. Great tasting coffee. Good range of homemade cakes. Only negative thing was a 50p surcharge for decaffeinated coffee which seems excessive.

A lovely place to enjoy a coffee. Good service and no pressure to drink quickly.

This is the first time we have been to the Patisserie in Malton . I treated my sister to afternoon tea. It was really delicious from the sandwich to the lovely scones and cakes. Staff very friendly and service very good. Can't wait to go back again well done to all concerned.

Wonderful little place! My fiance and I had an afternoon tea here. Great homemade sandwiches, cakes and scones with quality ingredients. Friendly staff as well.
