Greasy soggy chips and small portions. We paid 22 pound for x3 small portions of scampi and chips.

Not up to much. Costly nice fish chips to greasy.

Failed to actually provide me with my order.After waiting outside in the cold for almost half an hour (for three portions of chips, nothing fancy) we gave up and went to the takeaway next door.Best thing about the meal was the refund. The portion sizes looked terrible too. Typical tourist establishment.

Waited for a while and gave up, we were only after 3 portions of chips and cheese (hardly order of the centry), after seeing the portion size that the people before us had ordered and they had also been waiting a while you'd expect there was a potato famine, unlike the pizza place next door who had quick food which was delicious.Atleast the pizza place gave us service with a smile, which was something that was hugely lacking from this tourist trap slum.

Fish lovely and lovely size. Chips are beautiful and very nice lad serving. Definitely recommend

Excellent food, average to dear price especially if ordering fish however the food is good. Curry is to die for, gravy has a nice taste but far to watery.Price and gravy needs work hence 4 stars.I would recommend though and will return when I'm next on holiday this way

Top notch fish n chips, we rang ahead to order at peak time for a party of ten fully expecting a wait, but were pleasantly surprised when it was ready to collect in just 20mins. Staff were dead friendly

Awful, overpriced garbage. After standing in a queue of 6 people for 40 minutes, I would have expected nice cooked to order fish and chips, not the dregs from the bottom of the fryer.

Always heard good reviews and had a lovely meal 2-3 years ago but I’ve visited twice since and been left disappointed on each occasion. My last visit was just before Christmas this year, I didn’t mind waiting for the fish to be cooked at all, the chips had clearly been in the basket for some time and were very hard and crunchy, the fish was still greasy despite being left to drain. The gentleman who was cooking was clearly more bothered about his choice of festive music. The same issue with the food being greasy was my complaint the previous time but gave benefit of the doubt for a return visit. I’m sorry but I won’t return again. Maybe it’s because it was a quiet day but on such days I would expect better quality and much better service too.

Slow service for overcooked chips and tasty fish n chips. When half the meal is overdone you can't give over 3!
