Great food, watch out for the portions, they're massive!

It is very tasteful Surprisingly it is always very quiet I would advise to certainly eat our at this place

We just left here after sitting for 45mins before we were asked for our food order and are now sat in the Indian up the road! What a joke - service is terrible but the main issue is they keep taking takeaway orders over serving people in the restaurant for some bloody reason!!! And to top it all, not even an apology as we left. Every table was full of angry people. Also, the beer was flat as was the two cokes we had and the casino royale cocktail was awful. A shame, this is on our doorstep but no way we’ll be back

What a shame I’m giving 2 stars, the food is absolutely gorgeous both starter and main course are to die for, but the service is absolutely atrocious the staff act like they really don’t want to be there and you have to be prepared to wait what seems like hours for your food, if they were stacked out with customers you could understand but when we have been it has been quiet yet the service is unbelievably poor .

The food is reasonable, about what you'd expect from UK Thai restaurant. The service is slow, especially take away. If you are ordering takeaway, book time at least 15 mins before you want it. I have never had my food given to me within 15 mins of the time requested, and often it is half an hour.

The food was tasty but the service was - literally - laughable.From walking in the door and not knowing whether to wait at the bar or to take our seats (no one greeted us and the staff who walked past ignored us) to waiting 45 minutes just for drinks and 2 hours for our mains, dried on food on the placemats and sticky menus, cocktails only one person in the building knew how to make, I can't exaggerate how much these guys need to up their game on the service side.At one point we asked if we could cancel our order and leave (something I've never done in my life). The waiter went to see if our food was already being cooked then didn't come back to tell us what was happening.However tasty your food is, if you don't have sufficient and competent serving staff people won't come back. If it wasn't for the quality of the food I would have struggled to give even one star.

Used to love going to this place but the last two visits have been very disappointing. We booked a table for 7.30, arrived 10 minutes before and got seated, placed our order after about 20 minutes of waiting then had to wait for about an hour for the starters to arrive. It then took almost another 2 hours for the mains to turn up. Three of the starters were fine one was not ( the chicken was lukewarm and very dry and tough ), out of the mains the story was the same ( 3 good 1 bad ). The sides were fine apart from the fact we were told that one of the three we had ordered was unavailable as they didn't have the ingredients for the dish so we had to make do with an alternative. Amazingly after about 15 minutes the same waiter came out of the kitchen carrying the exact dish we had ordered and took it to another table, only for him to be told that they hadn't even ordered it. All in all it was a bit of a shambles, which is a shame because we really do like going to Tuis. Unfortunately we won't be returning any time soon

Myself and 11 friends visited Tui's last night.The food was lovely, good quality authentic Thai food. It's a shame it took so long to arrive though! We waited over an hour between our starters and main courses and then only got 11 meals, my main course didn't arrive until all my friends had finished theirs which is a shame as it's spoilt an otherwise enjoyable experience. To be fair the restaurant did deduct 10% from the bill when I complained. However I feel this could have been avoided as I asked numerous times where my meal was. How difficult can it be to bring another Thai green curry from the kitchen!! I will try this restaurant again sometime though as the food was delicious

Absolutely first class food. Not eaten Thai food in over 20 years, the food here has made me a convert. Great service, atmosphere, food is cooked by the owners mother. Authentic and highly recommended
