Bitz And Pizzas in Scarborough

Amazing staff, got pizza from here every year. Don't know what has changed with the base but we were not a fan. However that's only our opinion.

Delicious takeaway. The kebabs are fantastic. All cooked fresh and excellent quality. Really friendly service too. Would recommend 100%

Staff we're friendly, food nice and hot. Definitely use again.

Absolutely horrendous business. Put order in and called up immediately 22:36 and confirmed my order. I said my name and address and they confirmed this had gone through. Called at 22:50 and had the same person confirm it had been recieved and would be 20-30minutes. Called at 00:10 and was told they never recieved my order (even when money had gone out of my account). Do not use this service, I’ll be researching the cleanliness scores and will be reporting this business for being aggressive over the phone, refusing service after confirming my food was getting ready. Always recommended this place to people without having gone there will surely be doing the exact opposite. Good luck getting repeat customers when you have no customer service 👌🏻

Pizza was on a delicious fresh base and cooked to perfection. Very polite delivery driver. Thank you

Very disappointed I eat from here everytime we are in whitby I ordered on line tonight I ordered 2 half pound doner burgers got my delivery to find no burgers in the buns but just doner meat when I rang up to ask where the burgers where he said we don't do burgers you got what you ordered doner meat but on the menu it's clearly say burgers If I had just wanted doner meat I would have just ordered doner meat and 2 bread buns its put me off using them again so sad as we liked going there

After an evening out in whitby we came here for pizza and keebab, the food was amazing. All The staff was very friendly and welcoming. All 6 of us will be returning here

Was told to come here by Jay Grady and it did not disappoint. He works at trenchers but said this wipes the floor with them and I have to agree. Said jays name on the phone and they gave me some free garlic sauce and a smile x will be back 10/10

Pizza and garlic bread with cheese were both excellent. Delivered on time and nice and hot. Would recommend this takeaway.

Just had a margarita and fries from here .... the pizza was so soggy even though the base was very thin... asked for no spice on the fries ( in case they added chip spice) when opened the box they were nearly all spicy wedges that weren't fully cooked .... Needless to say won't be going there again. For those having a delivery the guys pick and choose what they take. There was a bag on the side when we got there and still there 30 mins later when we left even though the other bags had gone ..... wouldn't be hard for another pizza shop to take over ... only gave a 1 star due to location
