Our favourite cafe in Scarborough Excellent service and food Fantastic views of Scarborough and the coast

Got a chicken burger which was very good, two big pieces of chicken. Very succulent and outside crispy. Bread roll was nice too. Very larger portion, ended up leaving most of the chips and the salad that was with it but all very good!

The cafe & the beach huts here are important historic buildings & are listed grade II because (as the listing says) 'they capture the spirit of the Edwardian seaside in the worlds first seaside resort'.

Fantastic, best scones we have had in a long while

Brilliant cafe, competitively priced, quick service. One of the best hot chocolates I've had, and that is extremely high praise from a hot chocolate connoisseur, I wasn't expecting it would be that good, I've paid double for worse from places who claim to specialise in hot chocolates. Will definitely visit again, and this time sample the food, those cakes looks delightful.

Ok so, the view is spectacular but it doesn't feel like this place has moved with the times much. I had a good scone but the coffee was dire, definitely avoid that. The prices are very competitive but it's your standard cafe fare.

Every time l visit Scarborough l always make a point of visiting The Clock Cafe. The views over Scarborough from there are lovely. The food is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good cafe food (sandwiches, scones, jacket potatoes, panini's, a few hot dishes etc), friendly, accomodating staff and some of the best views in Scarborough on a sunny day. Perfect for lunch or an early tea after a day on the south beach.

A little gem. The place in Scarborough to relax for a while and enjoy the views over the beach and harbour whilst enjoying a pot of tea and their excellent homemade cakes and scones.They also do breakfasts and light lunches made when ordered. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Recommended.
