Costa Coffee in Scarborough

Terrible customer service. The young woman who served me was rude. The hot chocolate had absolutely no flavour. Paid £2.60 for the smallest hot chocolate I have ever seen and I could of made about 20 with a £2 hot chocolate mix from B&M. Will not be coming back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. As disabled they offered to bring my order to the table. Coffee and food delicious

Three times we have used the costa drivethru in Scarborough. Three times we have received the wrong order. Today was the last time we will go. Two coffee's were ordered at the machine. Twice my husband asked please put chocolate on one. Yet no chocolate on one. The lady serving threw the sugar at us. She had no manners whatsoever and she clearly didn't listen to the order placed. Even though she said yeh sure.

In all the costa I have been to, this one takes the five stars, the friendless staff I have come across. Keep it up girls.

Really wanted a nice latte but this Costa served a wishy washy drink neither of us could finish. To make matters worse the young man clearing tables touched the banister on the stairways as he went clearing tables and never returned to clean down the empty tables afterwards .... not very safe practice in the current situation. Overall, very disappointing.

We love their choice of hot and cold drinks. Good quality but huge queues always...We love this place but can't deny lack of staff leads to dirty tables full of trays and cups from previous customers especially on the first level.
