Florios Pizzeria Restaurant in Scarborough

Party of 13, took our food orders, no drinks orders, after an hour of waiting, had to buy one from the bar. Plus it says that all starters come with bread basket and butter, none of ours did, maybe just ask if any of us would like the complimentary bread basket and butter, wouldn't have to be 13 dishes of the same. The food was delicious - filling - but feel the place has lost it's Italian feel. It felt more like a rushed service than a cosy atmosphere.

Drop on this place last Friday (18/03/22)they squeezed us in as we didn’t book and was very busy! We now know why, lovely food fantastic vibe. Well worth a visit. 👍

I've never been a fan of this place, despite its popularity. It's noisy, chaotic, and feels disorganised. It still feels the same, but the food seems a little better than previous visits.We arrived, with no-one to deal with us. A few minutes later someone arrived to confirm our reservation, and asked us to sit and wait. We were then taken to our table. It was a group booking for adults and kids. They came to take our order, and stood at one end of the table, meaning we had to shout orders back to the waitress, as she never moved. The starters arrived, and the special garlic bread was good. Various staff brought dishes, and so relied on us to know when that was it. It was the same with the mains. Attempting to order extra drinks was way more complicated than it needed to be, and we ended up with an extra drink. There are definitely better Italian restaurants around, but it's always busy, and the food is plentiful.I'd go back if others wanted (as I have in the past), but it wouldn't be my first choice in Scarborough. A good average.

Always good food no matter what you like on the menu, top class service and a nice and clean place to be. Highly recommend

I do like this Italian & although we do not visit regularly,we have always had a good meal.It is competitively priced, particularly during happy hour & the staff are very helpful.The restaurant is fairly basic inside & unfortunately the range of draught beers is non existent.

Excellent local restaurant. Recommended highly by locals and can see why. Early birds any pizza or pasta 6.55 each. Cheap wine, very very friendly staff. Quirky interior. Will def return when in Scarborough.

Fabulous meal tonight. Lovely food and great service. Place packed with brilliant vibe. Long time since we've had a meal out in full restaraunt with people chatting. Real good atmosphere

Delicious food! Large portionsI came with my husband to the restaurant without a reservation, but a nice waitress found a table for us. Nice surprise for the wedding anniversary. We will come back here againThanks for the great service😍

This is the most amazing pizza and pasta ever it has become a family tradition. Also everyone is so lovely and welcoming. Italy should be proud.🍕🍝🇮🇹

Loved it. Was a Student there 20 years ago in Scarborough and it was our Favourite Restaurant. Looks like it is still going strong after 30 years 1986-2016. Great to be able take my family to same Restaurant for a Meal to finish out week off in style. Food excellent staff were spot on and would help you find a table. Atmosphere was lively loud but obviously popular with locals visitors alike .
