There’s loads to see… as you go in from the main entrance there are gifts, books, ornaments and indoor conservatory furniture. Further inside there are indoor plants, gardening equipment and pots and tubs. Outside there are loads of outdoor plants, shrubs, trees, veg, fruit plants plus pond equipment including fish, water plants etc. There’s also an outdoor furniture centre and green houses. The cafe looks out onto the outdoor gardening section so quite pleasant and good for people watching! Nice food too.We had an enjoyable visit and will return…

A lovely garden centre with a good choice, only disappointment was they don't allow dogs, we were on holiday so couldn't leave them, and was too warm to leave them in the car, we had to go in separately while the other stayed in the car park, I have never been to one that doesn't allow dogs before and I've been to quite a few, a shame as it's in a tourist area.

Great plants, good restaurant and friendly helpful staff. My go to garden centre for inspiration in the garden. Sells peat free compost, a must for environmentally aware gardeners. The restaurant serves lovely meals with vegetarian options. At Christmas they have a large Christmas decorations display. In spring they have a large choice of vegetable and bedding plants. In autumn they have an array of bulbs to plant. A one's top shop for avid gardeners.

Good selection of plants.Didn't go it the cafe because they insisted on us paying for our plants before we could enter that area of the shop. So went to cafe at top of Oliver Mount.

Me and my fiancé and parents visited this garden centre on the 21st of may and Decided to visit the cafe for dinner , and to all our delight the meals were excellent as was the lovely and accommodating staff whom were all polite and friendly, and we give a very deserved commendation to the cooks or chef , as the food was excellent, I would personally recommend a visit here even if only for the lovely and well presented food , and well deserved of the five stars given ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️😊

Great choice of indoor/outdoor plants. Excellent choice of ornaments too. Nice selection of ponds/plants/accessories and goldfish... lots of choice for a garden centre with added bonus of a cafe

Nice little garden centre , but plants are very pricey , I would recommend shop around , I found plants I wanted at other garden centres a lot cheaper . Having said that I did get a little table for the garden which I couldn't get anywhere else. I find that all garden centres have something different to offer

We visited o the way yo visit friends. It was strange to get around as we are used to the York garden centreWe had a good look round and bought bird seed.I had my loyalty card in my hand along with card to pay. The lady said that is £16_99. I offered my loyalty card to which she said you should have given me that before as it messes my till up. I didn't get a receipt so don't know whether the points were added. She had just.pointed to the card machineIt just spoiled my visit really as we usually get a cheery reception at YorkLuckily the sun was shining so I soon got over it.
