Hart Inn in Scarborough

We only stopped for refreshments, but their food menu did look delicious. The beer garden was lovely. We picked a sunny lunch time. Plenty of room for families and dogs.

Five of us went for an evening meal, which was pre-booked (essential).We were shown to the dining room upstairs, a large, comfortable area.We ordered and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the food came up.I have to say that the portion sizes are not modest!!. Also the quality and presentation of the food is excellent.Good 🍺 as wellWhat's not to like.

We visited on our first night in Sandsend & it was lovely. Great food & service & very reasonably priced.

Great food and huge portions. Good range of beers. Staff friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Nice to see a fire going when the weather was rubbish.

Second time I've been here whist visiting this part of the North Yorkshire, last tome being a few years ago. Great walk on the beach followed by a pint and light lunch. Good food, very busy. Dog friendly and a warm welcome. Good beer as well

Wonderful Olde pub, with absolutely friendly atmosphere. Staff, patrons old and new were so welcoming including our furry friends. Great menu, from Whitby Cod to Whitby Crab and everything in between, with a dining room upstairs. A small pub with a big hart (heart)

Lovely pub/restaurant just off the road with parking round the back. The food was first class with Black Sheep and John Smiths on tap so very happy. Very generous portions and the desserts are delicious. The 8oz rib eye was so tender and the sticky toffee pudding was one of the best I've had. Top marks from me.

Traditional pub in the centre of the wonderful seaside village of Sandsend. Fabulous food (crab salad recommended) and lovely snug inside and spacious outside beer garden. Dogs and children welcome. No on site parking but public carpark a short walk away.

Really cozy atmosphere and great beer gardens! The food was really good value and tasty. I had the chicken burger and got much more than I expected (the onion rings pictured are a side order for £3!!)Good selection of beers and wines, and lovely location

A lovely and friendly seaside pub & Inn in Sandsend with spacious indoor and outdoor space. It is easily reached to from Whitby if you're staying there. We had a few drinks and a quick bite; the mussels were delicious and fresh! Definitely recommend a pop by for a drink or meal.
