Kam Sang in Scarborough

Good food, at surprisingly better than average prices (about £10 a dish as opposed to £15 in a Central Manchester restaurant) ! The place is also well presented & clean. Most of the staff seem efficient & good natured (although I had the feeling that 2 had to speak out loud their opinions of my party - to themselves !)

Lovely meal would have been nice to have had a few more pieces of sizzling steak (but we were in Yorkshire)was really tasty I had sweet and sour chicken that was lovely

Really enjoyed our meal, Place was lovely and quiet. Waitress seemed pleased that we could hardly finish. Overall a very nice atmosphere, and tasty food.

Lovely welcome and friendly staff, but the food was pretty poor, ordered one of the set meals for two. The starter of ribs was ok at best, the three mains were terrible, bland tasting and all padded out with carrots, onions and pineapple. Passed on to the guy in charge who really wasn't interested. We paid and left.

Perfect place for a tasty Chinese. Lovely polite staff. Varied menu. I do tend to plump for curry though as its my favourite. This time house special mixed meat, I usually go for king prawn. Looking forward to out next visit.

Went here with 12 others as a Christmas meal for a youth group. It was really nice inside, fairly quiet and they accommodated our big group well.The food was good quality, but in my opinion it's a bit over priced. Mains start from £10 with most dishes costing more than that and they don't include sides. Ended up about £20 per person with starters. Not bad, but maybe I'm just used to takeaway prices.Good location though with a car park opposite which is free out of peak season.

Overall really nice but don’t bother with the alleged crab claws, no crab in there and served with dry lettuce and no dip. Ribs, sizzling lamb and sides were good. Lack of baby corn in the king prawn dish. Good Pinot Grigio. Friendly service not rushed at all. Advise booking as v busy.

Great food , parking is exactly opposite of the restaurant. After 6pm its absolutely free. Had the seabass , great meal , service was quick .. overall a great experience .Highly recommend
