Arrogant service, reheated chips, overpriced, bloody awful. I won't go back?

Rude, arrogant and part of the order was missing(after calling as it was over an hour late and had to collect even though we paid for delivery). The food tasted great but as the rice was missing from the order, when i rang to inform them i just got excuses and the phone put down on me 3 times it ruined the experience. Dont order from here if you want a complete order on time... absolutely disgusted.

Not bad had better. You cannot have a beef curry without killing the cow.

Fast delivery, great food and very reasonable

Used Kamsang Takeaway many many times and I'm very particular about food and while I do rate it, the customer service is appalling. Lied to several times tonight about delivery and not for the first time. Called for the fourth time after the delivery did not appear (and I can say i was very polite) but had phone put down on me. This experience is for a regular customer so heaven knows what others will face. End of a loyal customers business - not good!.

We ordered a takeaway from here, we normally use Wing Hing which is delicious and great service. On opening our takeaway we realised they’d mixed our order up, we got seaweed instead of egg fried rice! I phoned to explain and was told to go and collect it myself as the driver had finished? I explained that I’d had a drink and couldn’t drive(we live 5 miles away) I was told there was nothing they could do, then when I asked about a refund I got told I could have a free egg fried rice next time! Whilst looking at the seaweed in front of me I said “we wouldn’t be using them again” to which the owner called me mean! Really? Good service should be what customers expect not hope for.

One of the worst meals I have had.Re heated chips, asked for BBQ ribs and received ribs in oil, the meat on the bones was dry and overcooked, wouldn’t surprise me if they were re heated same as the chips.Won’t be going there again

From out of town and was recommended to eat from here. I was not disappointed with he food. In fact I'd go as far as saying it was the best Chinese I've eaten out of my home city!

Order was wrong when got it to car so took it back the staff said that the order was correct the staff seemed very rude and laughed about it when home food horrible and was incorrect will not be going again also upset stomach after eating

Poor service ordered special curry with chips and prawn crackersWhen i got home i had a tasteless special foo yung not what i ordered at all.Rung back the staff were very rude.On top of that the chips were very greasy and stale and the prawn crackers where soft.Worse Chinese takeout ive ever had only got 1 star as there is no option to give zero.
