KFC in Scarborough

The fries were overcooked and dry so I asked for fresh fries. I was told about 3 minutes wait, 20 minutes later we had been forgotten about. The chicken was also overcooked and the table hadn't been wiped. The worst experience of a KFC I've ever had

Absolutely disgusting food, the place was filthy, the food was not like KFC, cold , flavourless, one young man ( Juliet ) trying his best to hold things together, but too much for one person, everyone else couldn't care less.

To the girls in kfc today .. they were so lovely . I had just finished my shift at work and grabbed a late dinner.. whoever made this original recipe ricebox with an extra fillet .. hands down the nicest one I've ever had and I usually either get the salad box or ricebox . . How it should be and it was lush . Thank you and keep it up . Yum . 💯 👌

Only one toilet (disabled for all to use), which isn't at all sound proofed and right next to several tables, upstairs is never open, staff often conducting interviews on the tables downstairs next to where people are eating. Staff not always the most pleasant. No music so every noise is heard. Staff often milling around trying to find meaningless jobs to do. Not the quickest of service. Often cold inside.

Drive through today was horrendous. As I drove up to the box to place my order it was dead silent. When I spoke someone told me they were busy and I needed to wait. I waited about 3 minute before I could place my order. Then when I sent round to second window, o ly o e car before me. To wait at least another 10 mins. Poor service. Chicken was however good

Have had bits missing from internet orders, and we've had very suspect chicken at the bottom of buckets before. Great when eating in, but not great when delivered.

So much better than our usual KFC staff if friendly and funny, food fresh and tasty, clean table's!

Went into the Scarborough KFC expecting a reasonable fried chicken.How disappointed was I. The 3 pieces of chicken were dripping in oil, the fries were nearly cold.Most frightening of all was that one piece of chicken was still bloody near the center.I took it back to the counter to be told by a very arrogant server about the oily state that "what should I expect it's fried chicken!".Referring to the undercooked piece, without hesitation she informed "it is cooked!"The toilets there were disgusting and are not apparently cleaned regularly.I would not recommend this KFC.

I ordered the chicken fillets with chips. I asked for coke and got diet variety. I understand that's all they had. Poured it away as its bad for us! Overall good service.

It doesnt look like they care of hygiene at KFC :/Disable toilet want clean properly or at all exept floor and toilet seat.... The lady at the cash register was so busy (the kfc was completely empty) that she had a problem with putting the drinks in the bag and stated that as a disabled person with a cane, I have to take drinks in my hand.The fries are so overcooked that they just folding to the fingersDisrespectful for disable people. You have to pull doot to enter, to order you have a steps. Stuff dont care about customers.
