Absolutely outstanding fish and chips. Cooked fresh to order I didn't mind the wait as they were very busy. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Scarborough

Ate here last year and it was top class. This year the fish was not so great / cod tasted a bit funny and peas were very dry. Don’t know if it was because the shop was very busy. Rob and Steff

When my husband came to pick up fish and chips for dinner the youngish man serving was being verbally abusive to his female colleagues, calling them "disabled" in front of customers, which is so offensive. He was also making comments about management which is seriously unprofessional and totally ruins the customer experience. The chips turned out to be pale and probably needed cooking longer. Such a shame, this used to be a great place.

Bang on. Exactly what you want from the coast. Tasty, decent portions. I'm trying them all and Mark's is best so far. Friendly service from Ruby, too x

I usually enjoy fish and chips from Marks but tonights was a total disappointment. The haddock were very small. 2 small instead of a medium haddock. Flesh very thin not nice. Chips ok. Its a lot of money when you don't really enjoy it.

We asked for fish and chip got a fish that was soo cut down it would only pass for a fish finger. Since I am not someone who accepts being ripped off, I asked for my Money back too which he refused. If you ever want a laugh go have a look at the battered gold fish

Dont normally deliver today but do on friday an saturdays an the manager went above and beyond an delivered it to me as i was close and the spam fritter and chips with gravy are 10/10 amazing an also very affordable only £7.20 damn tasty an worth every penny

From out of town so relied on reviews. Visited 16th Feb 22. Shop smelled of heavily used oil. Chips were dark brown and not good enough for me to eat. Cod chunks had good fish inside but soggy and greasy. IMO oil needed changing or certainly filtered. Any food is expensive if it’s not right.
