McDonald's in Scarborough

The last four times we have ordered from here there have been items missing including my daughters lunch, no apology or attempt to make things right, just told us it happens.Once or twice I'd understand but four times in a row isn't ok.We won't be ordering from here again.

I only had a cappuccino kids ate they obviously love it ,

Cold food and staff didnt know what they were doing. Never seen a store that bad and i eat a lot of McDonald's

McDonald’s is meant to be “fast” and convenient, but this is the slowest, McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.. various times of days and still so slow! Unsure how they struggle! Food just piling up and not being given out quick enough?

If you're going to be that busy, with around 20 orders in preparation, at least get your staff all working together and smiling, one of the lads working front of house was livid but not using his anger to project his voice further so people's food was just piling up whilst the rage built in this face, bless him! Burger was sound though 😅

Put this McDonald’s location into my Waze App, as we are not familiar with the whole of Scarborough, and got sent- literally- to a dead-end parking lot with massive chunk holes in the road/ parking lot.. No one we spoke to knew how to get there..We came from the Peasholme Park area. Turned around only to find an extremely busy one-way street, and no way to find this McDonald’s on Huntriss Road.. Had no idea the numerous amount of one-way system streets existed in Scarborough..Felt a bit like playing ‘Tetris’ behind the wheel.. Oh well..😩

Was ok, macs is macs. Would give them 5 if it wasn't for all the just eat delivery people filling the place up and the majority of them not wearing mask when we as customers have to do so.

Typical McDonald's food on offer. Great friendly staff. Good place for cheap coffee and especially breakfasts

The staff is lovely and funny, great food and fast service! The tables could be a little cleaner but still good, definitely recommend:)

Fast service , ample amount of seating. Nice maintenance friendly staff .
