New Long King's Chinese Restaurant in Scarborough

Loved this place because I felt valued by the staff. As a coeliac and vegan there wasn’t an option on the menu but the waiting staff offered me a few options that resulted in a really nice dish! My partner rated his food highly too. If there was one thing I’d ask for it’s be vegan options on the menu 😊

Went here on 24/04. It's Overpriced, many of their mains don't come with a side and you'll end up paying nearly or over £18 for a portion of food. Some of the food we got served looked like a mixture of some leftovers. There were 9 of us there and 7 people had horrible diarrhea the next morning.

Fantastic meal and fantastic staff. Definitely recommend a meal here and we'll definitely be back.

Absolutely gorgeous takeaway this evening from Long King. A prompt and friendly service! Hub's says it was the best Chilli Crispy Beef he has ever tasted!!! I had the Singapore Chow Mein also delicious.

Excellent fast friendly service and food very tasty but not greasy at all and perfect portions for us, ate it all but wasn't bloated and uncomfortable lol.

Wow, thats got to be one of the worst chinese meals ive ever had. Aromatic duck doesnt even come with hoi sin sauce, it had some sort of marmalade honey type sauce. The chicken satay skewers were horrific . The chicken was tough, dry and horrible, like it was cooked 5 days ago and re-heated. I will not eat here again

Had a takeaway on Wednesday night had to collect as unfortunately they don't deliver. I decided to brave the weather and glad I did. Food was excellent.

A pretty spontaneous visit to this take away tonight, we had visited Whitby on a whim whilst staying at our static caravan along the East Coast and after googling local Chinese take aways we were directed here.... Best Chinese Ever!We parked on the street overlooking the sea while a lovely, polite girl answered the phone and took our order. We had a 20 minute wait with the most beautiful view in front of us before collecting our meal.The meal was cooked to perfection, the free prawn crackers were the best we have ever tasted and we really appreciated the free fortune cookies as well!Brilliant location, wonderful food and excellent service. Thank you so much xxx

Walked in this evening and had a feast! The staff were polite and professional. The food was unbelievably good and it was very reasonably priced! Just a shame it isn't closer to home in Newcastle! Definitely recommend!

Excellent. Great food great service. Lovely view of the sea. My kids loved the food. Perfect choice of puddings too. Was very hard to choose. Would definitely go again
