Railway Chippy in Scarborough

Good old fashion family chippy with a modern twist. Excellent food and service, with something for every one. They also deliver.

Great value for money absolutely lovely food staff are really friendly if you want fish and chips this is the place to go

Fabulous fish and chips, the best I've ever had from a takeaway (and at 51, I've had a few). Delicious, huge portions and excellent value. Fast and friendly delivery. First class, thanks very much

In the bin. Oily and soggy chips again and this time the fish was so dried up it had crusty edges. This has been our second visit to this chippy over the past 6 months yet the quality of the food has still not improved. In summary, a complete waste of time and money.

Lovely fish and chips, the curry sauce was delicious. Large portions too, even the small portion was big. Would use again.

We had large Cod and Chips delivered from the Railway Chippy this evening, very friendly delivery they came fresh and hot, excellent chunky white Cod and the Chips were superb, thank you Railway Chippy we really enjoyed our Tea 10 out if 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worst chippy in Whitby. The fish and chips were completely soaked in a slimy fatty oil and were almost cold. The food here is not fit to eat and should be avoided.

Delivered to holiday park, good communication and friendly. Exceptional value for money our haddock was a foot long all boxed kept piping hot and crunchy. Excellent for people with a large appetite, we always use this chippy when staying at whitby holiday park highly recommended 😁

Worst fish-and-chips ever fish was overcooked and the chips had so much oil.It was the first night and we put most of it in the bin waste of money.I called them and they said they would let the cook know ant they didn't not offering a refund.I would go down to Trenches in the harbour.

Purchased fish and chips, mushy peas and curry sauce. The batter was crisp and light, the fish very tasty, the chips were hot, the peas and curry sauce had a lovely taste. This is now our chippy of choice 😘😋😋😋
