Robertsons Fish Restaurant in Scarborough

12.15 26th April - Excellent haddock and chips with tea and bread and butter (all in one meal). The quality of the fish was superb. Definitely haddock and not a pretender. A few of the chips were a little under cooked but I'm not knocking a star off for that. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the decor was befitting a traditional fish restaurant. I've been to Scarborough many times but have missed this gem until it was recently recommended to me. I will return

Visited on a quiet Saturday afternoon on a wet February day! The staff were very welcoming and served us some fantastic fish and chips. I asked for curry sauce and received a boat’s worth. Delicious lunch.

Staff lovely and food very good, Fish Chowder and Pheasant Stew, will certainly call again x

Brilliant cafe, friendly attentive staff, great atmosphere. Food high quality, would definitely recommend the fish and chips. Plus great to sit in away from the seagulls.

Sorry I didn't get more pics. I love this place. The food is always nice and the decor is cheerful. It's clean. The food selection is great. My moules were amazing. Only criticism is that it's very overpriced for what it is.

I had a delicious roast beef dinner here. It was a massive portion with lots of gravy. I love the decor in this restaurant. It is bright and warm and makes you feel like you are on a ship. The staff were really nice too.

Wopper fish was unfortunately not a WOPPER!! Paid £18.95 with chips, sit in price. It was a very tasty but small portion and overpriced

Ordered 3 fish and chips and one roast of the day which was pork. The fish was very greasy and warm not hot as you would expect from freshly cooked the same as the chips. The pork in the roast was nice however the stuffing was inedible and the veg seemed frozen and had no colour like it was over cooked. Price wise it a little expensive and in my opinion not worth the money.Small restaurant however does have an upstairs.

The fish and chips here were superb. Service excellent and friendly staff. We will return on our next visit to Scarborough and try one of their seafood specialities.
