Sainsburys Restaurant in Scarborough

Waited an hour for food they only sent one breakfast and it was wrong the women made out that's all I ordered when I was sat with my partern and little boy with no food for them, in the end had too leave as had work, they offered too send another breakfast they said it would be straight out and it wasn't so we walked out loads of other people were complaining to about there wait and wrong food , I can't see how too add a picture of how bad the food looked today and the toast was black

Staff carry themselves as-if they don’t have the will to live, bad attitude at the counter and make you feel like a burden. Other than that breakfast are quite all right

Unfortunately it’s gone really downhill here. The hot chocolate didn’t have any milk and so much powder used that it was undrinkable - not worth £2.20! The bread was also stale. The staff are not trained enough and I often see them struggling to use the till system and make drinks etc. The staff are perfectly pleasant and it’s not their fault but I wouldn’t recommend this café to anyone really. I hope sainsburys sort this out! 😞

Totally over stretched staff Ques far too long . Fish chips n peas +Breakfast with a bowl of chips . Fish was awfull I've never seen cod like it chips virtually uncooked peas resembled part tinned part frozen n kept too long .Breakfast for my wife was COLD bacon like leather n again virtually uncooked chips . Over all the worst meal we've had ever ! If ever I consider eating here again I hope someone talks me out of it ..

Food is always good and there is plenty of seating. The service is insanely slow at the counter which results in there often being a very long queue

Quick, easy service. Good cafe food. Spacious seating areas.

Breakfast at the cafe was enjoyable and good value for money. Lovely cup of tea. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend it. Veggie breakfast £4. Bacon baguette £3. Tea £1.20.

Lack of savoury snacks available I.e. sausage rolls, toast, hot sandwiches etc. Very noisy, probably due to building structure. Pretty poor on the whole & staff not very welcoming
