Came here twice in one week whilst on holiday with my kids and husband. I’m gluten intolerant and this had such an extensive choice of meals for me. Absolutely beautiful food. Plus we were allowed to bring our dog in and both times the staff made a massive fuss of him which he loved and gave him a bowl of water. Excellent service. Very pleased.

Friendly staff, relaxed surroundings, efficient service and delicious food - you can order through the QR code, or at the bar. I had the breakfast deal (£8.70 for a fry up and a pot of tea or a coffee), the kid had the pancakes - which were fab and not overly sweet. The smoked bacon was great, the hash browns were crispy, and everything else was good too!

Over the last 12 months we have been to marisco lounge around 10 times and have always found the food great, unfortunately today I ordered a gluten free burger which came in crapy dry toasted bread. (No bun)Very very disappointed, the price of the gluten free burger is a little bit more expensive than a normal burger so the was quite shocked to have been served this.

Went in as a family of 5, kids meals were good, decent portions and everything came quickly. Adult meals we had were the buttermilk chicken which was a good sized portion and delicious, I had the Smokey Joe Burger which is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had if not the best, incredible tasting food. We came here last year when we visited Scarborough and had the standard breakfast meals, really good value and was perfect. Definitely coming here whenever we’re in Scarborough again. The staff were polite and brilliant too. Very nice atmosphere.

Lovely atmosphere, dogs welcome too. Staff friendly and helpful. Wonderful selection of vegan and gluten free cakes.

The cocktail offer of £9.95 was dangerous, the cocktails were really nice. The food was good too and came out fast but I've knocked a point off for how long it took for drinks to arrive each time. Also knocked another star off because I ordered through the app and the drink never arrived, waited an hour until deciding to chase it up at the bar. Otherwise it's a nice place, good vibe, I'd still go back.

Sunday morning breakfast, arrived about 9am and got a great table upstairs in the window overlooking the harbour. Order at the a wide range of breakfast options and hot and cold drinks. The staff were very friendly and checked in on how we were a few times. Great experience.

Edit: I messaged the management as they had asked below and got no reply. To me that shows a lack of care in their customer service.Awful. Would not return. When ordering, many of the dishes were unavailable. When we ordered food and drinks they forgot to give us the kids drinks that were supposed to come with their meals. We then had to queue back up to get the drinks we were owed. When the food arrived some items were cold, the hot dog bun was stale, the kids were missing the hummus, carrot sticks and bread sticks that were supposed to come with the meal and the side order of broccoli was 4 pieces of charred broccoli on a tiny tapas plate for £3.50 (see photo). This was raised with the staff who went back to get the hummus and returned with one pot (not two as we had paid for) of hummus and carrot sticks, no breadsticks (again see picture). This was delivered at the end of the meal. When this was discussed with staff, their answer was just that it will be raised with the team. We didn’t get food that we had paid for and they offered no form of refund. In my opinion this just really isn’t good enough. Also, of the two ladies toilets, one had a broken seat and the other had no toilet roll.

Pricey for the portion sizes. Unfortunately they put chips in a cup which means u don't get many. Then I ordered a salad which had a strong dressing on which I disliked unfortunately so couldn't eat would of been better if sauce was seperate. Long wait for food to arrive. staff were nice however seemed abit all over the place not very organised. The chicken wings were lovely from the tapas section but would be better if had them on menu with the option of getting more as wasn't enough. The decor is like a shabby effect but tbh think the white wooden panal was just dirty forgot to take a pic of that. Overall the food was nice just not enough for the prices.
