The Bull Inn in Scarborough

Been here twice in the last few weeks. Mother’s Day for lunch - 9+ a high chair. Food was delicious & even though they were packed to the rafter nothing was two much trouble. Every mother were treated to chocolates.Called yesterday, three + high chair. Went for tea & the staff again were so pleasant, plus being very good with my grandson who in the high chair who was adamant he was going to have his daddy’s knife & fork, he was brought a spoon which did the trick, it was just his.Again the food was amazing. Can’t fault this place.

Disappointed. Was asked for drinks before we’d even sat down. They wouldn’t serve us tap water, this is illegal for a licensed venue under uk legislation. Excuse of cloudy water doesn’t hold as we’ve been drinking Filey water for years. No drinks menu or price list. The 3 J20’s ordered were the wrong flavour and arrived in glasses, they could have been anything. Food average and overpriced. Hunters chicken saturated in BBQ sauce and the salad was old and partially rotten.

Great village pub.I only popped in for a beer but very pleasant sat in the beer garden and enjoyed the afternoon.Big beer garden and clearly geared up for food as 5 waiting staff stood ready to spring in to action.

Booked up for mothers day meal as were on holiday at a camp close by, food was lovely as were staff, warm atmosphere and service was fast. I was even given a box of mothers day chocolates before we left, will definitely return.

Had drinks and food on two occasions whilst spending the weekend at the Blue Dolphin.The staff were warm and friendly, sport on TV and the food was amazing. Had the trio roast on Sunday which was plentiful and delicious. Lots of meat. I would recommend The Bull Inn to anybody who is in that vicinity

Went for tea this evening. Absolutely lovely. Hanging chicken kebab cooked perfect, tasty dips , plenty of lovely fresh salad & crispy fries. Pleasant staff very welcoming. Thankyou The Bull Inn at gristhorpe . Hope to see you again soon.

What can I say about this wonderful place! 100/100 absolutely no faults at all! "Ange the boss" is like visiting your mum. We had a right laugh! My mum said it was the best Sunday roast she's ever had out!!! I would definitely pay double on how amazing it was. Thank you very much The bull Inn!!

We had an absolutely lovely home cooked meal here today, chilli & Lasagne very friendly and accommodating staff will definitely come back

The staff were amazing, Dog friendly and plenty of space. The food tasted fantastic and homemade. Would definitely recommend visiting here 🙂
