Was ok, bit greasy if I'm honest but tasted alright

At £14 for 2 fish, and 1 portion of chips expensive. The fish was over cooked and so was dry and tasteless. Chips were okay. Have been here before and hoped that it would have improved from the other times. It has not! The nearest alternative was some miles away. Will not be going back again. First negative review I have posted for any take away.

Cooked fresh. All clear plates. No complaints from the family. Good old traditional fish n chips. If you want fancy pants extras then this isn't the place (plaice) everyone should support your local little chippies and keep our local businesses alive. Thank you captains table, see you again soon !

Excellent chip shop. Lovely fresh fish cooked to order. We were on a nearby caravan park but went here 😋

Nice business, was cold Inside though. Ordered substantial food and was lovely. Would recommend. Gravure wasn't the best.

We stopped by with the kids. We got there as it opened so not much of a queue. Glad I did as the queue got quite long before I left with my order. Always the sign of a good fish and chip shop!Still very COVID cautious, more so than other fish n chips outlets in nearby Filey. But understandable.Good fish and chips, certainly filled myself and 3 kids!

Great fish & chips, we’ve been a few times and it’s always been freshly cooked. Friendly staff, good system. Very happy - will be back for sure!

Chips were nice. Battered sausage hardly has any batter on an tasted like it was a hotdog?Staff really rude, rolling eyes, huffing and puffing. Several customers mentioned their attitude at the time.
